Installation Instructions:
1.Disconnect the battery POS (+) wire at the battery end before connecting the converter/charger to any vehicle/device wiring.
2.The installation location should be on an internal surface, free from direct weather impact, with at least 1 inch of air space at both ends for proper cooling airflow. Avoid contaminants like dirt and moisture.
3.Use provided flanges with holes for easy mounting using standard fasteners. Ensure the mounting surface is solid enough to support the weight during vehicle operation.
4.Place the 120V AC receptacle within 36 inches of the converter/charger for power supply, considering proximity to batteries and the 12-volt DC distribution panel.
5.Securely tighten all connections to prevent overheating risks. Note that the fan operates on temperature control and should not be left unattended once plugged in. All installations must be done by a certified electrician.

A: Check that the 120V AC is connected to the coach, verify the coach AC circuit breaker position, replace the reversed battery fuse if blown due to polarity reversal, and if overloaded, remove all loads before restarting the power supply.
Q: Why is converter cycles On & Off not working properly ?
A: Ensure there is a minimum of 1 inch of free air space at each end of the unit to prevent inadequate airflow or blockages affecting the fan's operation.
Q: Why do DC fuses blow ?
A: Because the battery is reversed polarity.
Q: Why is the 12V DC output too low ?
A: Because the battery is defective. It could be a bad cell.
