1. Unit conversion problem (kg/lb):

The product has been accurately calibrated at the factory. When converting, please make sure the scale displays "0" before weighing.

If there is still an error, it is recommended to press and hold the unit switch button for 3 seconds to reset the system.

2. Battery compartment stability problem

When installing the battery, make sure the positive and negative poles are in the correct direction. After installing the battery, press the battery lightly to ensure the fit, and then tighten the back cover.

If it feels loose, try putting a small piece of insulating paper (such as a sticky note) under the bottom of the battery to enhance stability.

3. Unstable weighing data

Please place the scale on a hard and flat surface (avoid carpets or slopes), stand with both feet centered, and stay still for 3 seconds.

After using the scale for the first time or moving it, it is recommended to lightly step on the trigger to turn it on, and then weigh it after zeroing
