·Cream developer is ideal for both bowl and brush and bottle application. It's creamy consistency provides additional moisture to condition the hair while developing.

·How to use: Apply to the hair using your desired technique. Mix ColorCharm with Wella 20 Volume Cream Developer at 1:2 ratio. Develop for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes if needed.
