[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old cooktop had a few burners not working and repair parts are so high, just better to get new. My old unit was a Whirlpool so the size is the same, so fits right into countertop. That was my primary concern getting a new appliance. And installation was very easy, did myself. The unit is very nice, so far very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a house a month ago and this was builder’s choice . I had a glass cook too in my previous home did not like the way it wore. Glass stained on my new top boiling potatoes for Thanksgiving mash potatoes. Hard to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on 10/5/2023 to replace the gold series 36 inch that was not working properly after 5 years of use. This unit distribute heat more effectively and heat water a lot faster than the model I had to replace it with. However, I find that it requires more work to clean than the gold series model. Mainly because of the striated surface of the non-burner parts of the unit. Requires extra wiping to remove polish which was not necessary on the gold series model, which wipes up to a bright shine using microfiber towel or paper towel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Whirlpool cooktop is great. I like the layout of the burners which heat up quickly. Although they may seem a little tall at first, the control knobs are smooth and fit the hands well. The red ‘Cooktop On’ and ‘Hot Surface’ warning lights are big and very noticeable, which is a great safety measure. The ceramic glass surface cleans easily, especially with ‘affresh’ cooktop cleaner. This cooktop fit perfectly into my counter cutout which is 20 1/2” x 34 7/8”. Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this cooktop. It was a challenge to get it though. Purchased it in December 23. This model was the right size for our replacement. Finally installed on March 8 after one installed had a broken corner in February. The controls have moved from my original whirlpool cooktop on the right to the center so getting used to that is interesting. Heating of burners is very good.

I can't give a review of the product as although it was ordered and paid for back in September 2021 I still don't have the cooktop. Delay after delay. I have wasted 4 days waiting for people to show up with the cooktop, haul away the old cooktop, and install the new cooktop.

In all my married years I have never found a cooktop, gas or electric, that was easy to clean. This cooktop is no exception. However, I will admit that this cooktop cooks much better than previous electric cooktops I have had. I really like the warmer burner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it's large enough to be useful, it's easy to clean, and it looks nice. It also produces plenty of heat. My only complaint is that the knobs don't turn as easily as I would like, but that's a really minor issue. It's a great cooktop overall, and so much nicer than the gas cooktop we had before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in the home we bought. It is such a pain to keep clean. It's glass so you can't use anything abrasive. I have spots i can't get up, this is so frustrating to have a beautiful home and kitchen and the stove top is like this. I would never get this if I had a choice.
