- Great Cord-Cover- October 29, 2016
This product is great! We no longer have a bunch of unsightly cords hanging down from our wall-mounted TV. They are neatly bundled and hidden by this cord cover which we painted to match our wall. It looks very neat, like part of the wall. It was easy to paint and easy to install - very simple. The good thing about this cover is that it attaches to the wall with screws, not just adhesive, so it's flush against the wall securely, not just hanging there and can't pop loose. It is also wide enough to cover quite a number of cords. We looked at a lot of these before we bought this one, and it works great, We'll probably buy more of these.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- worked great, looks good, paints easily- February 10, 2010
This was very easy to install. We actually cut it in half and used it on two different tv's we mounted to the wall. It took more time to put the wires in it than it did to mount it to the wall and paint it. It comes in two pieces. One mounts to the wall, the other snaps in place over the wires. We did paint it with two coats. Probably could have gotten away with one coat but it dried in about 30 minutes so decided to slap another coat on it. It looks much better than the wires hanging down. One suggestion, make sure it is straight up and down. Otherwise, it makes the tv look crooked. We're going to buy another and use it on my parents in the near future.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Does exactly what it's suppose to- January 8, 2016
I bought this cord cover kit along with my wall mount for my 60" TV. This is a great alternative to running the wires behind the wall especially for those that live in an apartment and won't be there long term. I'm not very handy so I had a friend install the mount and the cover. The cover was super easy even I could have done it...maybe. It comes in two pieces back cover and front cover. I have a total of 5 cords inside it ( TV power, 2 HDMI, Optical Audio and USB for hard drive). Taking off the front cover is a little difficult. I think it's best to start by pulling on the bottom portion first and work your way up. The walls in my apartment are white so no need to paint the cover since it blends in perfectly.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
