80A 100V Ideal Diode Module High Power Anti-Reflux 5-90V Charging Adapter AWG10 Silicone Connecting Wire XT90 Plug for RC Model. Adopts a 100V 300A 1.5 mR large MOS ideal diode module for anti-backflow protection, and it is a solar anti-backflow charging module without voltage limitation. It is recommended to install a heat sink for long-term high-current operation!

The main board adopts a 4-layer thickened copper foil design, with pad windows that allow tin stacking. The 1.5 mΩ 100V 300A MOS tube supports high current!

Attention: Do not exceed 100V. For applications with counter electromotive force, an additional TVS diode (NOT included) is required. In short, under this connection method, the battery with a higher voltage mainly supplies power to the load. Alternatively, when the voltages are the same, one battery may start supplying power randomly, but in fact, the two batteries are similar to being connected in parallel (except that reverse current is blocked).

300A high-current MOS tube with low internal resistance and low heat generation. It can quickly respond to reverse polarity situations internally; the input and output are equivalent to a diode. When the output voltage is detected to be higher than the input, the output is turned off immediately. The detection value is at the millivolt level, and the response speed is extremely fast.

Supports an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It can replace ordinary high-current diodes, storage batteries, and solar panels, and prevent backflow and reverse current. It is an ideal choice for anti-reverse connection when connected in series at the input end of the power supply.
