Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

Seller Exceptions

Robotic STEM Kits, including Abilix products, do not qualify for a return/refund once open and used. Robotic STEM Kits are considered opened and used if any of the plastic bags that contain the product’s contents (including building blocks, sensors and motors) are opened or if the product is assembled. For Humanoid Robots, including iPAL Robot, all sales are final. All humanoid robots are inspected before being shipped. If your humanoid robot shows any defects, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item with detailed information and your receipt. If defections are determined to be caused by 3rd party logistics and not the customer, a replacement robot will be sent out within 10 business days or a refund will be issued.
