Sadly dissapointed. 1st and last All clad I am purchasing more than likely. I was beyond excited to fonally be able to afford an All Clad pan. I followed the guide on 1st cook but already developed that brown hue color of an old stainless steel pan. I have other stainless steel pans that work better and are quite affordable compared to the price of All Clad. Hoping this was a 1 off problem. But I don't really feel like dropping more money on a different All Clad pan and find out. The handle & lid still look brand new while the rest of the pan looks as if it has gone through the trenches a few years already. Beyond dissappointed.

I received this as a Christmas gift but I’m not impressed with its performance. Food sticks and it stained very easily. I was told I used too much heat but I never set the heat above medium. When I reached out for support to resolve the issue I was told the pan would not be covered under warranty. I wasn’t looking for a replacement but I was looking for more guidance on what to do to make the pan usable. I would not recommend.

I put this purchase off for far too long, thinking my family of 2 didn't "need" this size pan. Was I ever wrong. This pan/cover is exceptional and I use it at least 4 times a week -- searing meat, incorporating pasta into sauces, breakfast eggs or griddled breads --- it is everything and a little bit more. In tandem with my induction range, I get perfect heating, control and heat retention. Deglazing is ideal and clean up is a breeze. Yes, you need this pan -- even if it's just one or two people. It's not too big, you will find many uses for it and at the sale price (with lid) you have affordable aspirational/generational cookware.

We received a couple of Stainless pans as a wedding gifts and were very excited to start cooking. Following directions of washing the pans first and cooking on low-medium heat, EVERYTHING has stuck, especially to the smaller pan- omelettes, quesadillas, and stir fry. Every time I tried a new meal I had high hopes that the previous times were flukes and that the pans would finally cook without half my food sticking, but they never worked. After four meals worth of food now stuck to the pans, we're done with All-Clad and returning to our older cook products. Very disappointed.

This is such an excellent premium and professional product and you can simply See and feel the outstanding quality

Bottom is bend upwards upon arrival with center closer to the handle. I guess this is defective upon arrival.

Good pan, but I don't like the handle. The base is also not as wide as I had hoped.

Such an outstanding quality cookware you can see and feel

The pan is a generous size to cook larger amounts of food. When used properly, it is non-stick and cooks evenly. The only downside to the pan is the maintenance. We have an all-clad 10" pan we have had for over 10 years that still works beautifully. The first time we used our 12" pan, even after we followed the care and cleaning instructions noted by All-Clad, it continued to appear like there were spots on the surface. This seems to be the case from several others who have noted it in their reviews. This is unfortunate given we only used it once.

For a few years now I have been looking at All-Clad in the store and thinking how pretty they were. I have been wanting a stainless pan for years, but have been afraid to take the leap. I finally decided to invest in one and am SO glad I did. It's taking some practice getting used to properly heating, seasoning and cleaning the pan... but I'm having fun learning. (And the pan is so pretty on top of that). I have been using the pan almost every day for two weeks (for my and my dog Barkley's meals) and am getting ready to make my second purchase (8 inch D3 stainless fry pan/ 1qt sauce pan set) along with a stainless turner.
