A compatible QC 2.0 power adapter is required to enable the fast-charging mode. Power adapter is NOT included.
Charging speed varies depending on the smartphone model, battery condition, case, power adapter and other factors.
Make sure your device supports Qi wireless charging before use. Devices without built-in Qi charging require a compatible Qi receiver.
Slight warming of the charging pad and smartphone during wireless charging is normal.
For best charging performance, remove thick or metal phone cases and ensure the phone is properly centered on the charging pad.
The charging pad is designed for compatible Qi-enabled devices and does not provide magnetic MagSafe alignment.
