    Cordless phones

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - March 27, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is good. My only complaint is that the back cover of the phones kept coming off. I used tape to keep the covers from coming off.

    not as advertised

    Reviewed by Peter5 - October 27, 2020

The product arrived in good time and works, but clearly advertised features are missing. I selected this product because according to the Best Buy list of features it has CALL BLOCK. The product as delivered does not. Without this feature, the phone is not useful and I would not have purchased it had I known. I purchased it on-line (the only option) but there is no means to return an on-line purchase. I would exchange it for a phone with the desired feature, but how do I know all advertised features are in the product? This is truly annoying. What was delivered is the same as what I already have. Buying this product was a waste of money and time. Not a "Best" Buy.

Great for elderly people - Great value

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - July 17, 2015

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this telephone for a 93 year old aunt. The device needed to be easy to use, totally uncomplicated, without any features that could confuse her, like an answering machine. I also needed a good reception range, as my aunt spends quite some time in her back-yard and the previous Motorola phone didn't have a good reach. I got exactly what I needed. In addition to this: she is also hard of hearing, but by using the speakerphone, that problem got solved. Recommendation: if you need a telephone for elderly people, simple, unexpensive and efficient, you can buy this one (and not spend the ridiculous amounts they charge you for the Uniden phones)

    Blue display

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - December 9, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this phone. I needed a wall phone with one extension. My last phone was an At&t model and worked quite well for 10 years. This phone is a very cheap version of the older model which is no longer available. The display is very poor. It has a blue backlight which makes it hard to read and the letters for the names and numbers are small and hard to read. I am really surprised that no one mentioned this poor aspect of the display. Unfortunately, the selection of wall phones is very limited. If I could find a better one, I would return this one.

Good Sound & Value to a Senior's Ears!

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - August 6, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cordless phone system was purchased because Consumer Reports gave it a high ranking for quality of sound. So far, so good! The system has met my expectations, and was an easy set up. It provides all the services I need at a reasonable price!

    Decent Phone

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - April 6, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the money, you can't beat this phone set. I like that you can choose different ringtones, and the lighted buttons are a great feature. I'm also surprised at how often we use the intercom feature, and the phone has great range and works everywhere on our 1/2 acre lot. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the sound quality is slightly muffled. It definitely doesn't sound as good as the Uniden it replaced, or the Panasonic we had before that. Those were good phones and I would've just bought new batteries for them if these AT&T phones weren't so inexpensive.

Great deal on a cordless phone!

    Reviewed by - December 23, 2015

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this cordless telephone a few days ago, and I'm really enjoying it. For the price, the features are great, and the sound quality of the main handset is excellent! However, I was disappointed that the handsets and bases are grey and WHITE, which does not match my decor. Silver and black would have been a much more versatile color combination! Secondly, the sound quality of the second handset is good enough, but not great, like the main handset. If this lasts as long as my previous AT&T phone (ten years), then I will be very happy.

Very clear voice and great extras

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - October 24, 2015

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike a previous phone purchase ( a V-Tech) I was very happy to use my phones and not have to register the phones with the product company in order to use the product. I made the mistake with a V-Tech phone overlooking this process and ended up not being able to use one of the 2 phones as well as not being able to switch out the battery from one to the other ....again for failing the registration process. It's nice to own a AT &T phone and use it as I see fit. Love the clear voice and ease of caller ID, number storage.

    Good phone with limited features

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - July 23, 2018

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With less and less people using landlines, trying to find a good landline phone has become more difficult. But this phone was a reasonable price, and was quick to set up. Buttons are a good size as is the screen so you can see who is calling. It has a number of options you can change, including ringtone, but would have been nice to be able to assign specific ringtones to specif contacts. Also would have been nice to have a headset/earpiece socket/plug in. But for the price it does what it is supposed to do.

    No talking ID

    Reviewed by - July 25, 2015

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the negative. The description is incorrect. There is no talking ID or call waiting. It is somewhat confusing to set up. There are quite a few steps to get into the directory for setting up the ring count/tone, adding contacts, setting date and time. This is the most complicated phone I have had in regards to the set up. The positives:. Excellent and clear sound. Large lit screen and buttons. Nice ringtones and the ability to 'quiet' phone for designated times. The phone is a good size to hold in hand.
