BANDAI HOBBY PLANNOSAURUS Tyrannosaurus Painting Ver. Model Kit Building a Detailed Dinosaur from Skeleton to Skin, Customizable Painting Figure

Discover the prehistoric world with the PLANNOSAURUS Tyrannosaurus Painting Ver. model kit, offering an immersive journey into dinosaur anatomy and reconstruction. This unique plastic model allows enthusiasts to build the mighty Tyrannosaurus from its skeletal structure to its outer skin, providing an educational and engaging experience.

A standout feature is the innovative material, a blend of plastic and paper powder, specifically designed to be highly receptive to paint. This allows for extensive customization, inviting you to bring your personal vision of the Tyrannosaurus to life using acrylic gouache or other household paints.

The kit features a "Skeletal Build" phase, where you construct the internal bone structure, followed by the "Dinosaur Build," which involves attaching the outer skin parts over the skeleton. This two-phase assembly provides a deeper understanding of dinosaur anatomy not typically seen in textbooks or standard models.

Assembly is straightforward and user-friendly, requiring no nippers, adhesives, or other specialized tools. The model also includes selectable parts, allowing you to reproduce the Tyrannosaurus with feathers, based on the latest paleontological theories.

Once assembled, the highly detailed model showcases the intricate structure of the Tyrannosaurus's powerful legs, characteristic teeth, and sharp claws. Its mouth can open and close, and the forelimbs, hind limbs, neck, and tail are all articulated, enabling a wide range of dynamic posing options for display.
