Threw it in the garbage - doesn't work properly at all. Ear temp doesn't light up green or red, temp changes from one moment to the next. Forehead temperature taking just as bad - inconsistent, wholly inaccurate, a piece of junk. Company didn't respond when I contacted them.

I ordered this thermometer. I live on haida gwaii. It got here. The package was unopened. My kid got a fever over a month later. I opened it up and followed all instructions. It straight up did not work yet emitted a loud screeching sound. I took it in to maintenance at the hospital I work at. They tried but also saw it was a dud. I contacted best buy. They stated I could only have returned it in 1 months time. I contacted the company and they wanted me to mail it to the US at my cost so they could look at it.

Accurate reading, sleek design and pretty handy. Easy to use. It would have been great if the tool for ear temperature measurements was also been included. Of course,It’s a recommendable product.

Worthless piece of garbage that doesn't take a consistent or accurate temperature (varies wildly by the minute). Absolutely useless. Best Buy won't accept returns and the company who makes the thermometer has not responded to my email. I can't believe the consumer isn't protected in some way. That's a large financial loss for me.

This thermometer is really easy to use. I like the green and red light indicator to show if you have a fever. The only thing I wished they changed in the design is the screw that holds the battery cover. They advise to remove the batteries for prolonged storage. Normally I would only need to check for temperature during a week when a family member is sick then it would go into storage until the next time someone is sick which isn’t often. So it’s a bit fussy to always have to use a screwdriver to put batteries in and take them out. Other than that this thermometer is great!

Bought this product about 2 weeks ago because of the times we find ourselves in, and it's also a handy product as we have 2 children. No more having to guess if there is a fever or not. It takes the temperature from the forehead and also the ears, so, can provide a fairly accurate and dependable reading.

We found a huge discrepancy of 0.8°C between the forhead and ear temperature. While the forehead was signaling fever the ear temperature was within normal. While a minimal discrepancy is expected it's usually the ear that is warmer, so this made no senses.

Easy to setup and use. Bought this during COVID so our family would have a reliable thermometer if needed. Seems to be accurate - took temperature of ear and forehead and both were the same temp. Would definitely recommend this product - thank you !

It's very handy and easy to navigate! I like the style, it's a 2 way use, forehead & ear. Very affordable too. Highly recommended!
