(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I ran the self-clean on the oven, which was only 7 months old and not particularly dirty except for the window. I ran the self-cleaning cycle for the default time of 3 hours and was surprised when finished as the oven door glass was not clean. Since the oven was still under warranty, I called Bosch and they sent a service technician. Apparently, grease gets between the glass layers in the oven window and the only way to clean it is to disassemble the oven door!!! I would expect that the oven door window would be a sealed unit. I am shocked. Bosch says there is nothing wrong, yet the oven now stinks every time it is turned on.

I was stuck with this model as part of a standard builder package, and couldn't believe it did not even have a convection function or other basic options. Control touch pads are not consistent, warm up takes a long time. But worst of all is the quality of the stainless steel... already rusted front control panel after two years! And as a result the control decals have rubbed off from attempts to clean it. It's as if the door and upper control panel are two different grades of stainless!

Overall the oven works well but the two issues I have are 1.) the long temperature warm-up time. Very, very slow to get up to set temperature. 2.) the only illumination is the desired heat setting. The digital panel on the stove should illuminate for viewing ease of the option selections, e.g. Oven Light, Clock, etc. Very difficult to see selections at night even with the room lights on! Have to use a flashlight to view the controls on the panel. Ridiculous! I chose your product over several other of your competitors products but wish I had researched the ones above before I purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this oven surprised me & my wife for the price. Very nice addition to our kitchen. Our neighbors love it's appreance. Baking & Broiling operations are as expected. Pre heating requires about 20 min before baking. The cooling fan is very quiet almost not noticeable. No outstanding issues so far. Highly recommend this product

Was very exited to get this "good quality" oven for our new fully renovated kitchen. Installed it, everything went great as soon as I turned it on for 1 hours as said to do on the instructions. 45 minutes in the inside glass shattered. For this price the quality SHOULD be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven has multi functions that all work very well. The control knobs (instead of buttons) are a plus! Fast preheat, and even cooking. The design has clean lines, fine stainless steel and a flat un-bowed, comfortable handle. Highly recommend.
