[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s an awesome oven. The top oven has convection bake and many other settings. Bottom is not convection. It took 9 months for the oven to arrive due to supply issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just ❤️my new Bosch double convection oven! This oven is far better than any oven I have ever had! I Was so happy to get rid of a double Viking oven! Love the proof setting and pizza settings! I have made restaurant quality pizza using thos oven! The choice between the convection bake and roast setting makes a big difference and how mests turn out! Made a delicious Prime Rib on New Years using the convection roadt setting and it came out perfect! The popovers were beautiful using the convection bake setting Worth the 3 month wait!

We bought this to replace a previous Bosch 5000 series Convection/Conventional oven HBL5055A after a power surge damaged the display board and replacement parts were no longer available. First, this oven was larger and didn’t fit my cabinetry requiring modifications. We were able to deal with this, BUT we Detest the touchpad! Either they should have kept the additional knob control to dial in the temperature or also the ability to separate the hours from minutes, or give a number keypad like on the Bosch Convection Microwave HMC87152UC. We constantly have to hold the + or - button which ALWAYS overshoots our desired temperature AND timer time. Terrible design!

We moved into our new home on November 1st and it was absolutely wonderful having my Bosch Double Wall Oven for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. In past years without such a unit it was much more work to try keeping food warm and having it all ready at the same to (which never happened). but now with this Bosch Double Wall Oven it's a breeze to have all our food ready at the same time to enjoy a warm meal with my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re so unhappy we returned it and got a different brand. Cook times are longer than expected. The fan blows out so much cool air that it cools all the food thats sent out on the kitchen island before we can eat. The fan is also too loud. The Best Buy site said that it had telescopic racs. It does not. The Bosch website shows the telescopic racks are not included. Takes longer to preheat than expected and there is not a preheat countdown timer. The clock disappears when cooking. The positives are that it looks great, the nobs are easy to turn, and the internal light is bright. I own MANY Bosch tools in my garage. They’re fantastic, but I’ll never buy another Bosch appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first double oven so we don't have much to compare to. Only used a few weeks but was easy to install and has worked well thus far. Only caveat seems to be the fan is quite loud and has a bit of a squeak which is tough with our open floor plan. Fan also stays on in all settings, not just convection, and stays on even after the unit is off until it cools all the way down.

I like the ovens overall except that a keypad with numbers on it would be much easier to deal with for the temperature and timer. I had to buy an extra timer because the one on the oven is difficult to work with. Also, the ovens came with a huge dent in the back that doesn't currently (and hopefully never will) affect their operation.

While I was sad to lose that amazing applicance, I am thrilled to have found my new Bosch amazing appliances - double oven and range top! They look beautiful and are already bringing delicious meals to my family. Thank you Bosch for your great products!

We purchased this unit to replace an old Maytag, which started falling apart. The hope was that the Bosch brand means quality and longevity. Unfortunately, the trouble-free operation lasted less than a day following the installation of the unit. An erorr code E305 meant that a service visit was an order, and a full day was spent on the phone looking for appliance repair companies dealing with a "third-party warranty" issues (it was not purchased locally, and three out of four companies suggested by Bosch customer service refused to do it). Finally, a service visit was scheduled, and several days later the technician identified the problem: an incorrectly installed wiring inside the controller unit making intermittent contacts. This was quickly fixed, and fortunately the unit is now under warrantly, but it makes me wonder how many other "surprises" related to poor craftmanship lie ahead... Disappointed (to say the least) and very worried! On the plus side: the unit looks very nice and slick.
