Clementino can be a wood-fired outdoor or indoor oven.

In fact it has been designed to be easily placed on any surface suitable for this use thanks to the support feet, even on the home balcony! The cooking chamber is made of 3 cm refractory stone certified for food use.

It is possible to use Clementino also leaving the cooking vent open, without incurring significant heat losses.

3 cm rockwool insulation between the cooking chamber and roof to avoid heat dispersion. Standard equipment includes a stainless steel chimney, thermometer, stainless steel front shelf, brazier firewood holder inside and support feet. Made in Italy
