- Does What It Should- February 6, 2021
This is my second purchase of this particular model. I was satisfied with the first one and when my needs expanded I bought another of the same. For my needs, this model is a good balance between battery capacity, number and arrangement of plug ports, and reliability. I've been using UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems for decades at work and at home. Years ago I used to purchase the other big brand, especially at work, when it was the supplier with the longest history and best reputation. These days, I believe that CyberPower units are equally reliable and you generally get more for your money. Especially when you can find them on sale.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Good UPS- January 21, 2016
Great backup/surge protection unit with 12 easily accessible outlets. Spacing between outlets great for larger configuration plugs. Optional software download and USB connection good to allow controlled shutdown of computer prior to end of battery life after long duration outage. Only problem was with the instructions. Product registration address was incorrect and had to call to manually register. Also, a little more information could assist in explaining UPS options and capabilities. However, called customer service and they were very helpful. Even walked me thru software download and answered all technical questions effectively.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
