No mess installation & consistent printing

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - February 25, 2014

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a new printer comes new cartridge installation to learn. I always hate the smudge of ink from the install on past printers; however, this cartridge is well designed for ease of install and "installation smudge" prevention. I've been satisfied with the overall ink quality with crisp black even on lower quality print settings, and I've been pleased with the consumption rate. It does not appear to be dispensing more ink to make for crisper quality. It's just good ink to begin with. As with most print products, the biggest downside is the overall cost of the ink; though, it's still cheaper than paying a fee per page at a copy shop if one monitors their printing frequency and refrains from frivolous use.

    Chip Issues

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - November 3, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Epson must have updated their printer cartridge chips and they no longer are compatible with older printers. Bought this in cartridge and printer couldn’t recognize the ink cartridge.

OK as far as ink cartridges go

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - March 1, 2014

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as ink cartridges go, I would say that these are average. It is nice to be able to install black and the three colors as needed, but that is standard on ink cartridges. This extra capacity cartridge is a slightly better deal than the smaller size, yet probably no better or worse than any other major company's cartridges. It is very easy to install. My only complaint applies to all ink cartridges--they seem to be incredibly expensive. It does not seem to matter where you buy them: online, in this store, or other stores, the price is fixed to a particular amount.

Easy to set up, great sound, a bit uncomfortable.

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - February 6, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife made made silence the living room TV, where I veg in the evenings and watch TV. I bought the lowest end of the Sennheiser blue tooth headphones. Is was very easy to set up and use, except the "buttons" for volume ect., are on the outside of the headphone and a bit difficult to differentiate lowder from quieter, etc After wearing them for an hour or more, they become a bit uncomfortable, but not hard to soldier on. They make two higher end types, mine were $250 and the most expensive are $450. My sound is great, so I'm not sure the extra $$$ is needed.

Long lasting. Great Quality First Page To Last

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - October 18, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a family with a career in aviation. We are constantly having to print large and frequent projects like 100 page schedules, constant e-mails, rules changes, and tons of personal jobs like letters, notes, etc. These XL-Black ink cartridges last a very long time, provide a consistent solid black that doesn't bleed and dries very quickly. I know Epson cartridges can be a bit pricey, but I've tried to use "compatible" cartridges in the past to save money and regretted it. The ink quality was poor and I was very disappointed and went right back to Epson cartridges because they are worth the price. The quality is much better and crisper. I am very pleased how long these cartridges last before having to be replaced which is an important factor when considering cost.

This scanner really lives up to my expectattions

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - September 17, 2015

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleasantly surprised at how well this scanner works esp. considering the reasonable price. I read the reviews that said it was slow, but I don't agree, the pages sail right along. It doesn't jam unless I missed a stapled page, but is easy to clear. The software more than meets my own needs, and isn't complicated, but I am using it for small business use. It doesn't take up a lot of space on the desk as well. I love my Epson all-in-one printer, so it was easy to take a chance on a Epson Scanner, and I'm glad I did..

    Great Ink Great Pricing

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - October 20, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always purchased HP printers in the past but the last one I purchased I tried an Epson WF-3520. Most all printers are pretty reasonably priced so it's the on going ink price purchases that really drive the cost of the printer. I checked out a few printer brands before deciding on Epson and it was mostly the ink cartridge price that drove that decision. I've been very pleased with the printer and the ink from Epson. My cost of ink purchases went down considerably with Epson versus HP!

    Great long lasting ink

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - July 28, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an Epson workforce w3540 printer and this extra capacity ink cartridge is the best way to save money and it lasts a very long time. I have had my printer for over two years and this is the first time I have had to replace the black cartridge. I have also replaced my color cartridges with the extra high capacity. I know that these are going to last a lot longer than the standard cartridges. The ink cartridges will not dry out even if you don't use your printer on a daily basis.

    Great product

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - February 14, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with the performance of my Epson printer with this cartridge (and the color cartridges also). My only complaint is that, like other printer manufacturers, Epson prices its printers modestly (perhaps even at a loss) and makes its profit from cartridges - a gift that keeps on giving! Otherwise, it's hard to believe that even a "high capacity" cartridge like this one, with such a small amount of ink should retail for more than $30.
