STREAMING AND MUSIC SERVICES

The DMP-A6 Gen 2 provides deep integration with TIDAL, Qobuz, Highresaudio, Presto Music, Radio Paradise, and other supported services. Third-party applications such as Apple Music and Amazon Music can also be used, with the EverSolo EOS audio engine helping deliver high-resolution direct output.

Roon Ready and TIDAL Connect

Roon Ready and TIDAL Connect support make it easy to integrate the player into an existing digital music system. Playback can be controlled from the touchscreen or the EverSolo mobile app.

Cross-Service Playlists

Tracks from supported services can be combined into hybrid playlists and playback queues, helping users organize music from multiple platforms in one place.

LOCAL MUSIC LIBRARY

The EverSolo Music Library supports playback from internal storage, USB drives, NAS devices, and network shares. It can retrieve metadata from the cloud and organize music by artist, album, composer, genre, sample rate, and other categories. Local CUE files are also supported. Music files should contain ID3 metadata for best results.

Media Management

Files stored locally or on network devices can be copied, pasted, moved, and deleted directly from the DMP-A6 without a computer. The USB OT port can be configured for USB OTG use, allowing a computer to connect for local file management. Internal SMB sharing also allows connected storage or the internal SSD to be accessed by other compatible devices on the network.

CD Playback and Ripping

Connect a compatible external USB optical drive to play CDs or use the built-in CD Rip application. Data validation and error correction help save CD audio losslessly, while supported discs can be matched with album, artist, and track information.

Network Protocols

The player supports NFS, SMB v1/v2/v3, and UPnP sharing. With a stable network, it can play high-data-rate files, including DSD512, from compatible NAS or network storage.
