Assembly could be completed by one person. Instructions could have advised that the assembler is to be positioned facing the bike front in mirror reverse when applying the left reverse-treaded pedal. The rest was a cake-walk. In use, the bike is very quiet. - C

I've had the fit cycle for almost a year now, I've cycled more than 350 miles on it. It's been great during the pandemic when my work shifted from being community based to virtual. You can adjust the tension for a greater workout. Even my husband uses it when there's too in much snow to cycle on the street. It's really sturdy there's been no issues with it's structure or durability

The desk works well and allows me to use a Surface Tablet to watch something while I work on an iPad and have my phone beside them tracking my workout. It's extremely quiet. In fact, when I'm not listening to music or watching a movie, all I can hear is the rubbing of my shorts. It's very compact. I can fold and put it in the closet after use. It's sturdy. I have never felt off-balance getting on and off. And the quick seat adjustment means my wife and kid can adjust it whenever they want to use it.

Have only had it assembled for a couple of days, but it was fairly easy to put together and operates very quietly. I can watch TV while on it or read and there is no noise distraction. I find the resistance settings to go from very easy to only a bit hard. This is Okay for me because I just want to get exercise while multitasking. If you are looking for a really hard work out, this may not be your first choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The FitDesk - Bike is the answer for me to get back in shape. I don't play a sport, so I need to find an attractive motivation to exercise. With the desk component, I have the option of playing computer games or researching something on my ipad/laptop or becoming absorbed in a really good book. In summary, I can have fun and exercise at the same time. I am not stuck having to watch something on TV for a distraction. As a bonus, the bike has bands to exercise my arms.

I was hesitant to take up any space in my small place with a piece of workout equipment but this proved to be one of my best purchases of the year! I use it every day and can work, read or watch tv while getting my rides in. There is no reason not to use it daily and it's been a huge help in pre and post surgery recovery for a knee injury. Now I actually like riding and couldn't be without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I full time distance learner, this is a great way to get school work done while getting a little more activity into my day. My only complaint is that the seat is a bit uncomfortable after a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great for working at home. The arm bands are really great. It might be a little uncomfortable for people under 5’1”. I ended up buying another one for a family member.
