The plastic on the bottom rack is falling off the support rods. Wire is exposed and they are rusting. There are 15+ exposed wires, and more are appearing as dishwasher is run. The dishwasher is only three years old. I would not recommend that anyone buy this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only are the buttons so hard to press I got to press them 5 to 10 times every time I load the dishwasher, but also the inside is made of such poor quality that I miss my old dishwasher that was 15 years old. I don't even understand why they even created this dishwasher, If it was to be affordable then they failed. If anything I would rather spend a hundred more or two dollars just to get a dishwasher that I can actually press the buttons on. Aside from that, It's your basic dishwasher. Not worth buying. Even if you're trying to be economical, This is not your best option. I only give it two stars because it works. It washes my dishes and steam dries them as intended. I can't believe a brand new dishwasher would still come with all plastic insides in this day and age. When I initially purchased mine I thought it would be stainless steel interior at the very least. I sure as heck did not expect to have to press all over the panel to get the darn thing to start or to change the settings! Honestly there should be a freaking recall on these and everyone who purchased one should be able to get a replacement for one that actually has working buttons!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my new 24" built in Frigidaire dishwasher. It is a quite cycle and has a sleek panel design. The stainless steel front looks great with my other appliances. Both inside racks slide in and out with ease upon closing door which I can feel how encapsulated the seal is which is why it is the most quite dishwasher I have ever owned. Thank you Frigidaire for such a quality product!

Cleans dishes fine. The racks are terrible. The prongs started splitting and rusting within 6 months, and now 18 months later they are completely split, rusted, and crumbling away. Maddening!!! This product is made to be in water and high temperatures. It should NOT crumble apart from normal use!

The first time I ran my “brand new” dishwasher the dishes didn’t become anywhere near clean. I ran them a second time and not only were they still not clean but it leaked all over my floor. I wish I had the option to send it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into our house 4 years ago and have been slowly updating it. Everything in our house is good quality, so we've just been repainting or replacing on an "as needed" basis. When we decided to replace countertops, paint cabinets and open up the kitchen by removing one partial wall, we decided to finally replace our dishwasher making most all of our appliances Frigidaire (except the microwave). We're very happy with Frigidaire! Looks nice and updated, works amazing and it's not very loud. I can't hear it unless I'm in the kitchen. Cleans dishes well. Frigidaire will always be our kitchen appliance. An easy install all at an affordable price. Very happy.

It does work. The price was very decent. When it arrived it had bad corrosion and rust on the hose clamps and some rust on the fuses or somethings. It works. Was easy to connect to existing fittings. The only other thing that bothered me was the wires making up the rack had a lot of space between them so you have to be careful where you put small glasses, jars, containers etc. as they could fall right through the rack. It's not quiet, but I don't care. Very lightweight. Hopefully the design is simple and there will be repair people in the area willing to work on it once something happens. Lately nobody wants to fix new appliances. For now, my dishes are clean, so that's good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is awful! The first time it broke was about 2 months into owning it. The second time was about 2 months later, and the same exact problem as the first plus another. The top rack wheels can't withstand the heat of the cycle and the metal attachment legs come out and won't stay on after that. Also, the hook holding the top water propeller broke and I've got the thing zip-tied in place. The machine is super loud as well. Terrible buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and have used it 6-10 times. It's very quiet - which I like. It cleans the dishes just fine.... but, it always remains moist inside. I've even tried the heat drying - and it is still loaded with condensation when it's done. This condensation stays in the washer, it never dries or evaporates - causing it to smell musty/moldy/mildewy. Not overly thrilled. I would not purchase it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Frigidaire dishwasher about a month ago and it has been a solid machine. This unit has upper and lower washing arms that leave plates and glasses very clean. The size of the interior racks are more than adequate and the utensil basket is sturdy and stays in its place nicely. The overall construction of the unit is solid but light weight. Simple controls as well as a 1 hour wash feature make this model a great buy. A wonderful surprise is how incredibly quiet this machine is during operation. We have our kitchen table in close proximity to the dishwasher and we can have a conversation at the table while it's running without really noticing it's on. We're definitely pleased with this Frigidaire dishwasher. We're also pleased to say that our kitchen appliances are all Frigidaire and have been excellent products including this new dishwasher addition. You won't be disappointed with the price, functionality, simple features and quiet operation.
