[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 13 yrs my stackable washer/dryer combo unit played out. I was deeply hoping this new unit I just purchased would be as awesome as my last! But there’s definitely nothing special about this one, no signals to alert you that either process is completed! You just have to be near and listen closely! It’s definitely loud while the washer is going through the washing process!

I was nervous to order but I did and it’s awesome. Washer bottom is huge. it has super load. The dryer is very big also. It met my expectations and more. I’d recommend anyone to get this! It fit perfectly in my small space. Lid even locks while in use

Just bought it, after 23 yrs with my first one. Love this combo for it's simple features and long lasting. Great for apartments or small spaces. Bigger basket on washer and dryer. Excited with my new combo. Love GE in any appliance.

It's making a noise it should not have but I have warranty on it so if it brakes do to that noise y'all have to replace it because I told y'all about sense they first dropped it off to me very up set 😡

Washer does not work due to manufacturing error. Do not waste your time buying a GE product.

We love the size, quietness, efficiency, and convenience of our own unit.

Is easy ways foo use product and quality are best I’m recommend

The Installation is really easy. The noise is not loud. We love the machine so much that we have 2 of each machine. We have 1 in our Main house, and the other one in our ADU apartment because we like how it works. The capacity is really big because the washer can hold many clothes in one wash. We are thankful for the GE appliences

This washer and dryer is amazingggg! I’ve recently had to get my old one replaced because it would stop in between loads and cause moldy clothes:( This set is amazing great with removing stains and also dries and removes wrinkles! It’s only been a couple of months since I’ve had this product and plan on keeping it for a lifetime. It’s also very convenient because my wash room in my apartment is very small and I was worried it was going to be small and wouldn’t fit but it did !!! If you haven’t already brought this product BUY this product :))))) you won’t regret 10/10 recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to send back it didn’t fit in the space. They were very nice about everything. If they sent the second crew instead of the first. I wouldn’t have had to send it back twice and I wouldn’t have to get a plumber which was an extra expense and didn’t do the job right. Not Best Buy fault. The plumbers fault. Everything had to be done quickly since I was going to the hospital for surgery. So in short I had to fix old machine and thank God that worked, because I really really needed it. I will definitely use Best Buy again. Stand up company. But will never use that plumber. Live and learn. Plumber came highly recommended. Not up to my standards.
