The Neodymium N38 H motor units and a FEM (Finite Element Method) optimised driver/horn design make the ST25KNEO NEO line bullet tweeters a whole new project, lighter and more compact than the previous ST 25 and with higher performance. The ST25KNEO Neo “Kit” version includes a metallic mesh grille and an inline crossover filter. Quick-slides on both ends of the cable connecting to the accompanying in-line crossovers allow it to be readily plugged into the tweeters and Hertz SPL Show series midrange drivers. The ST 25 tweeters are engineered to be flush mounted from the bottom with the mounting surface enclosed between a threaded mounting collar or grille and a threaded trim ring that is included. Considering the threaded shaft is around 1″ tall, the tweeter can be placed in a variety of depth/mounting height combinations. To top mount the tweeters, an optional threaded flange can be purchased separately.
