Was looking for a heater for my office, as well as having one as a back up for emergencies if the furnace ever went out. After reading all the positive reviews and seeing it was on sale, decided to give this one a try. Honeywell is one of the brands I trust. Love all the features on this, such as a countdown timer and different types of heat settings. Most important was the safety features like automatic tipping shut off, as well as over heating shutoff. I tested it in my living room and really warms the area up, so I'm very confident that it will have no trouble in my smaller office space and bedroom. Very happy!

I purchased this heater a while ago back and I've owned and used it for quite some time now. I find it to be very adequate for small to medium size rooms. It heats up pretty fast in "High" mode. It also has many option modes for heating. The only extra item I wish it had was a remote control (like my other cheaper model heater does) so the heat and temperature could be easily adjusted at a distance - like when you're in bed half asleep and you wish to turn the heat down or up. Other than that, I have, so far, been quite pleased with this remarkable heater and I plan to order a second one for my other room.

I have used many different kinds of heaters because my apt has poor insulation and gets very cold in Winter. Almost every brand I have tried burns out within one year. But I bought two Honey well heaters from BB and they are superb. Real champs. I also bought the one that is a little less money called the Mini Tower Digital Heater. Both these heaters are superb. This heater has about half a dozen extra features I have never before seen in a heater. I has a "noise suppresser" which causes it to run silently - but with a little less heat. It also lets you select a target area. Very impressive features. The only negative is it has no remote control but that really is not important IMO. This is the best heater I have ever owned - bar none - regardless of price.

I just wanted to add that I don't understand why the person who wrote this ad failed to mention the "silent running" feature. IMO, that is the best feature of them all and I've never seen that feature on any other heater. If you take a phone call while the heater is running, it is very simple to put it into "silent mode" and it really works well. It's probably the single best extra feature on this heater and I say "extra feature" because like the ad says it has at least 6 interesting features that I have not seen in other heaters. By the way, I think the person who wrote this ad made the features sound kind of strange. They are explained much more simply in the User Manual. I would suggest that BB re-write this ad and use the writing from the User Manual to describe the extra features. They are described much better in the User Manual.

Today it delivered and I love it. It was freezing and our central heating stopped working, so I ordered this yesterday after I saw 2 raving reviews that convinced me. When I first got it, I was a little surprised by the size and wondering if it could warm up a room. And yes it did!! We have a large open floor plan for our living room / kitchen - so I doubted it could heat it up. And it didn’t warm everything up like crazy, but just enough where I could Walk around without a blanket (within 1-1.5 hrs). I then put it in my other rooms for 2hrs each before we go to sleep, and omg I’m finally gonna have a comfortable night. I walked into one of the rooms that’s above a garage (always freezing during fall/winter) and it was WARM, like nearing hot, and felt amazing. Since it’s Honeywell, I trust the brand and quality, I am sure it will last like some of their other products I have. And the safety features all work wonderfully on this. I mean it’s only day one and I’m in love with it, so you should definitely buy it IMO!

Simple to use with practical options. Heated medium room very quickly. Silent mode is really silent. On the first day is little (plastic) stinky and no remote control, but it is good product.

This is the 2nd Heater I have purchased in two years, because I got tired of taking the first one with me, anytime I wanted extra heat in my two "cold" areas. It is a great product, well priced and has a good reliable brand name. Would recommend this product to anyone wanting a sturdy, portable heater. Look for this model, as it has a larger, much sturdier base than the 2nd model they have put out!

I just moved to Canada from Southeast Asian country and had a trouble with how cold it is at night. I hardly have deep sleep but this mini heater works amazing! Not taking too long to radiate heat. I highly recommend

This heater does not seem to have much power, and takes a long time to heat up a room. It is also quite noisy. By contrast, I have a 30-year old German-made heater that works much better and is much better engineered. Outsourcing to China is not doing too much for Honeywell's good name. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.
