[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 75 years old. I have been tracing my ancestry line for 39 years. I print out all of my findings and it is saved to the internet. I use 2 and sometimes 3 HP 63XL cartridges a month. I have learned the hard way to check the expiration date on the box. I seen a sale on the HP 63XL cartridges $10.00 off. When I tried to use it, the cartridge did not work. So yes, I give HP 63XL cartridges 5 stars for this reason. I have no idea how many I have used over the years, but it is a LOT! My husband has made 4 of the cabinets (as seen in the picture) to store my research in + 4 office size filing & still growing.

I went through the original ink cartridge in one week but this cartridge has barely used up ink and it's been 2 weeks already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole reason I got the HP OfficeJet 4650 was because I looked into the price of ink before I got it. Little did I know that the XL ink cartridges last a very long time. I'm in college so I am constantly printing and its always 10-20 pages at a time. I got the XL ink cartridge about a month ago and I've printed on it a good 5-6 days a week and it says I still have 97% left. My old printer had me buying a new cartridge twice a month sometimes even three times a month. (don't buy anything that says cannon on it, its garbage.) So if you print a lot, get yourself the HP OfficeJet 4650 and a XL ink cartridge, you won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found myself with a printer that just could not print. I tried everything! Reaching out to relatives. Calling in to find support groups, as to just maybe understanding how to help my poor printer. That’s when I met HP Ink! It’s as if he knew exactly what was going on with my little Printy. So I brought him to the house and introduced them. Next thing I know, the Ink hops on into Printy and just like that, things are back to normal. Now I find myself just printing off anything and everything, and with such picture clarity, I don’t find myself stopping soon. Just goes to show, if you care enough about them, you will fine yourself your own little slice of HP Ink

printed 4 pages and the printer started giving me an error message. Ive had it. I have tried reinstalling the cartridge more than 30 times, restarted, turned totally off, you name it, couldnt make it work even following all kinds of instructions from the printer or your website. Defective is my only idea. my printer is almost new, barely use it. meant to be compatible with the 63xl. cant think of something else. My money is in the process of being refunded and we will try it again with a new one. in the meantime ive been wasting 2 weeks of time and have been needing to go print somewhere else making it a problem for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest way to get the mundane done. The one in the printer runs out I put in my spare and order a new spare . A few days later a new spare shows up at my door. A couple of minutes out of my life, The alternative call or go to stores to find out they are OUT OF STOCK .Or my other time waster go on line to search for the fun surprises -Wrong product sent ,A refill sent as new , it never shows up and endless calls to get the charges removed or another product shipped . Like I said EASY PEASY place order, it shows up ,it is the right new factory product, use repeat .The mundane stays mundane..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Completely regular ink supply cartridge. Just like the one that it replaces ... and the dozens over the years before that. Nice box, but somewhat hard to open package. Regular easy installation. I worry though that 63 is on the way out, as I see fewer and fewer of them on the shelf.

We're not happy with this at all. Says it's a 63 XL but not the words High Yield on the box and literally got 10 copies out of it. And to find out now that this printer is obsolete.

The shipping is very fast and price is great but it's the first time hp sent me a cartridge that is expired.
