1. If your computer's Type-C port is a full-featured Type C port, you can use the Type-C port to connect.

If your computer does not have a fully functional Type C port, please use HDMI Port. (Additional lightning to HDMI adapter is required for iPhone 15 series and below).

2. If you want to connect your mobile phone, please make sure the Type-C 3.1 port of your mobile phone is a full-function Type C port, not just for charging. (The monitor comes with dual full-featured USB C ports).

3. The HDMI port does not support power transfer. If the HDMI/mini DP port is used for connection, the monitor must be connected to an additional power source.
