Humming and hawing about which style of mount to purchase for a 75" TV I opted to keep it simple and [hopefully] sturdy by overbuying weight capacity rather than having points of failure with articulating arms, etc. Install was straightforward thought the included template felt largely useless. Also, I didn't have the screw size my TV manufacturer recommended and thus found the troubleshooting guide somewhat unhelpful. Also, I fiddled with BestBuy's AR wall placement app-thingy available online which was, for me, largely a waste of time. Find your stubs, mark it properly, measure everything five times to be sure, drill your pilot holes, and socket this thing to the wall and you're done. You'll want to really ensure the tilting ratios of both hinges attached to the TV are set to match or, like me, you'll be fumbling with a 75" 89 lb TV trying to get it to catch on the mount.

Purchased for a 55” TV. Works as is supposed to. Tilt feature is convenient. Removal of tv off the mount is easy; as simple as pulling on a string to release the locking mechanism. Used on all our TVs.

I had to add more spacers for my new Samsung 65” led tv I bought cause the hardware included didn’t have the proper spacers in the package.

I purchased this to put my 55" Toshiba LED tv up on the wall. It was very sturdy and easy to hook up. I always read reviews and never leave them which is why I have elected to start doing this to help others find good products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these Insignia Tilting TV Wall Mounts, one for an older 57" TV which weighs 80 lbs. The other for a new 85" TV weighing in at 96 lbs. This product is easy to install (make sure you find the center of your wall's studs) and I'm confident it will support the weight of these TVs. So why the 2-star rating? Quite simply, the feature meant to set the angle of the tilt does not work. Large and heavy TVs weigh too much. The bottom of the TV ends up resting against the wall. If you don't want that you will have to cobble together some means to hold the lower edge of the TV away from the wall.

I bought this model because the Salesman said it was a better deal than Sanus, was as good and less expensive. Having purchased many Sanus mounts the first thing I noticed was only two sizes of M6 bolts and one set of spacers. I had to cut down the spacers to make the bolt and mounting brackets fit my Panasonic TV. The Salesman also told me that it extended 5-6 inches and I found out that wasn’t the case. I was not in a position to return the item and will never buy an Insignia product again. I guess it’s true, “you get what you pay for”.

Nice tv mount for a Samsung 65" and isn't too difficult to install.

I recommend using the actual mount frame as the paper guide was just a hair off which actually made a big difference due to the stud spacing irregularity in my wall. I cannot stress enough the importance of drilling pilot holes which serve as a guide for the lag screws.
