[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first dryer I have ever purchased on my own, I live on the second floor of my apartment and Best Buy delivered it and placed it inside as well as the process being great with giving you a call when they’re about to arrive. The delivery guy, also was friendly he even suggested tubing for my dryer if the one I purchased didn’t fit properly. I have so far had it for a day and one thing I can say is that the dryer is very quiet, it doesn’t make a lot of noises and it was very easy to set up, especially since I have never set one up on my own before. Another thing is the inside is very spacious and can fit a lot of clothes in it, even bigger items like sheets and comforters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels very cheap, does not collect lint well on lint trap, cannot adjust temperatures for different clothing setting and there is no internal light. Lots of lint will build up on clothing and on the door during each cycle. The lint trap will also not catch everything, it can easily become a fire hazard if not attentive to lint buildup behind and under the lint trap. Does technically dry clothes though

I began having issues with the washer being able to balance. No matter how much I would rebalance a load, whether it was small or big, it kept having the issue, and giving me an E4 code. I contacted Insignia for customer support. They sent me a list of ideas to troubleshoot. None of them solved the issue. They advised me to contact a local repair man. However, no local repairmen would come look at it, because they are unable to find parts for this brand. So, my washer stopped working when it was less than 2 years old, and was completely unrepairable. I would never invest in appliances in this brand again, since they don't even make parts to repair it.

Bought this combo back around Christmas.. The dryer came delivered missing an adjustable leg, the washing machine wouldn't work due to an error code E3 which means the lid wouldn't close and stay locked.. Had both returned and exchanged.. The dryer came working fine, the washing machine gave the exact same error code. It's been nothing but hassles ever since to get them exchanged since it is an online order. It seems no one can give you a call back or an email. Best bet is to buy in store. I've heard from others though that if you get a working set, then you won't have any complaints for the price point.

We bought this washing machine when our old one broke and we needed one quickly. The sales rep assured us that although its Best Buy’s brand, it was just as good of quality as more known brands. This machine worked good for 2 years and has now suddenly stopped agitating when we wash clothes. If fills and drains, but won’t agitate or spin. Geek squad won’t help us and other repair places haven’t heard of the brand so won’t help either. Overall, the washer was fine when it worked but with the lack of customer service with it breaking after a short time for an appliance, I would not buy this brand/washer again and would not recommend it to others if they want something that lasts.

This is the 2nd machine we've had from Best Buy. Located in a rental property and tenant complains constantly of terrible washing ability of this model! First one had issues with door locking - warranty replacement after one year. Now 2nd machine is having issues - technician claims it runs fine, just need to readjust your load several times during a cycle. That is not acceptable! Finally Geek Squad is giving us a replacement. Am considering upgrading to another brand as Insignia is garbage! Many phone calls made to Geek Squad, service provider and extended warranty company with VERY disappointing results. On hold for hours, no call backs, months to get a replacement.

This is an honest review, I own other insignia products (TV, Stove, Dryer, Fridge), I really like to the look, build and price of these products. To start, I have had this washer + dryer for 6 months. They look modern sleek and CLEAN AND DRY SO WELL!!! Here is when things turned bad, the washer all of a sudden started unbalancing and finally got stuck in a fill / spin cycle which would not stop! I had to unplug it!!! It almost ripped itself apart. I know this may just be this specific washer, but it's important to know that it may have some major bugs! Bestbuy, please continue to make these products, I just hope that you will continue to better them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is very efficient and works well. The settings are very easy to use and intuitive. Easy installation and set up as well. All of this for a very good price, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good dryer at low cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I love my new insignia dryer! I had purchased an armana but it didn't make the cut. This insignia has a personal dry system that you can set it's very roomy & I love it it's electric looks very sleek go get you one.
