[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ethernet Cable works great and gets the job done perfectly! I have had no connection problems using this at all. I am currently a college student and use the internet a lot and this cable has not let me down. I currently use three of these in my room. I have one hooked up to my computer, one is hooked up to my xbox, and my roommate has the other. The internet with the ethernet cable works much faster and is more reliable than the wireless with this cable. If you need an ethernet cable this is the one to go with. I have been using this cable for three years and still works great and it comes in many different lengths which is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This network cable didn’t even last a year and a half for me. Lasted one year and 3 months. This cable went out a few days ago. Go with a different brand. The quality of this product didn’t last long. It may worked for others but for me it didn’t. May have received a bad product and just took use and over time until it finally quit. Between 6 months to a year I started noticing connection issues but just thought it was my ISP and didn’t think about the cable since I had it for not that long but to find out it was the cable the whole time. Seems that network cables don’t last as long as they used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a nice speed. It would be nice if there was a shorter length version of this Cat-6 ethernet cable, though. For my use, I didn't need all this cable and I could've paid less than $16.00. But compared to other shorter cat-6 cables, this had the best quality of speed, with 10 gigabyte per second (gbps) network speed.

The Insignia 8' Cat 6 wire was plenty long to reach what I needed to jump from my switch to router. It seems to be of a good quality cable.

I've double checked the conection and the cables are plugged in correctly. I would recommend spending the money on a better cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an 8-port switch and needed to connect to a router. I did not want a lot of extra cable. Nor did I want to stretch the cable. Gray is a nice neutral color as the cable is exposed. I just do not need a cat with a bigger number for this connection.
