The filter housing cover, valve O-ring, and filter gauge and air release valve are exact replacement parts for the Krystal Clear 28633EG Cartridge Filter Pump (sold separately). The filter housing top cover makes sure the cartridge filter is protected from any outdoor elements, the O-ring makes sure the cap has a tight seal, and the filter gauge and air release valve safely release air trapped inside the filter chamber.
