What an upgrade!!
- July 24, 2020I received this Keurig complimentary for testing purposes and boy was I so happy when it came in the mail. I have an older generation Keurig and it’s like night and day! I love the sleekness of the machine and I love that the reservoir had a handle so it’s easy to remove to fill. Then all the amazing features like user profile settings where it can store up to 3 different settings. The water temperature is awesome and my favorite it’s the strength selection so I can make it light, medium or strong. There is an over ice button for your iced drinks which is cool too!! They don’t call this the K-Supreme Plus for no reason!

Lid does not close properly, OK except with MyKCup
- February 10, 2022If the lids (have tried quite a few) would close completely and sit properly I would love this machine. Generally for pods it seems to be fine, but if you want to use the MyKCup with your own ground coffee as I do (making the machine a money saver for me compared to my previous drip brewer situation rather than the costly wasteful option I originally thought that Keurigs and their pods were), it totally doesn't work. Doesn't break the silicone seal on the front holes of the MyKCup so water flows over instead of through, making for terribly watery and basically un-drinkable coffee unless you jerry-rig like I have had to, with a clamp or whatever... Welcome better suggestions but I haven't yet found one that helps (ordering some aftermarket filter pods now to see if that might help), have tried many other options and searches for a logical solution... Worked relatively well though not perfect for the first while then degraded over time (multiple machine purchase and trade-in attempts). Hoping Keurig will end up helping, will try an Elite instead though feeling once bitten...

Coffee explosion
- October 9, 2020Bought our new Keurig K-Supreme Plus machine yesterday. My coworker this morning went to make her usual cup of coffee and when she pulled her cup out, all grains were in the cup. When we opened the machine the grains had gone everywhere. We had to clean it up thoroughly and are now very hesitant in trying to use it again. I was able to make a cup of hot chocolate without any issue but that is a powder so I didn't expect any issue. The machine that we are coming from was a K-cup 40/50. I noticed that the top of the old Keurig only had piercer and rubber circle area. The new supreme also one piercer up top but 4 other rubber circle area with their own piercers as well. I am thinking that the numerous holes that were punctured through somehow were the issue. I was under the assumption that any K-pods would work in this device. Is this not the case? Please assist because I'm not sure if we should keep the machine or return it and look for another K-cup 40/50. I do not want my coworker to keep having to clean up messes especially when it is destroying her cups of coffee.

Finally it’s programmable!!
- July 30, 2020I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to set up. After taking it from the box all I had to do was remove tape, soak and rinse filter, and run some water through it. I tried the Laughing Man Hugh’s Blend which is a medium roast. I thought it tasted great. In fact, I will probably switch brands because it says on the box that for every pack sold, 30 cents is donated to the Laughing Man foundation which helps coffee farmers. If you have multiple coffee drinkers in your house that like different strengths or temperatures, then this is the brewer for you. I received this brewer complimentary for testing purposes.

Love it, Quiet and Looks Good
- December 16, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Keurig K-Supreme Plas Stainless was purchased to replace our Cuisinart SS-700, which had a stainless design and worked great for over 10 years! I tried out the new Cuisinart SS-10P1 first, but it was super noisy, slow, and cheaply made! The Keurig is quiet, ready to run without heating up, looks good, and surprisingly the Multistream Technology actually makes a difference! The only downside is I could not fit my 32oz travel mug under it like I could with the SS-700. To make this work, we purchased a 30oz (holds 32oz) Milk Frothing Picture which fits and looks great with this brewer. See Pic. Highly recommend this unit.

Great improvement
- September 18, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used some of the older machines in another house, the K-Supreme improves in several ways: More compact and pleasing design. • First models with ‘Multi-Stream’, which instead of punching a single hole in the center of the coffee capsule, it also makes four additional holes, so hot water is distributed more evenly when brewing. This is the single most innovative feature in this generation of Keurig machines. • Simplified mechanisms: When opening the capsule holder, the part where the capsule goes doesn’t move (and can be easily removed for cleaning or to use a permanent filter. When closing the lid, there is a piece that clamps down the capsule and it then punches the holes. • It no longer has to pre-heat: It can start pouring hot water right away. Doesn’t even have to be turn on first: By lifting the capsule holder, it turns itself on, and it will turn itself off about 5 minutes after it’s done working. • It comes with a large, removable water reservoir, made of acrylic and holds 78 oz of water. The optional water filter that comes with this snaps inside the water tank. I can pour the water directly from the fridge into the water tank without having to use a carafe, so I can use the purifier on it. I noticed that when the reservoir is low, before it’s completely empty, the machine’s display shows a reminder to add more water. This is nice because it does this before it’s actually completely dry, saving me from wasting a coffee capsule. • This being the ‘Plus’ model has three water temperature settings, three brew strength settings, and 5 cup sizes: 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz. • Also has three user memory settings, so it can start by pressing a single button with pre-set cup size, brew strength and temperature. • All the settings and notifications are shown on a very small display on top of the unit. It does what it needs without being unnecessarily complicated, which I like. • It does away with the of-maligned barcode reader from the ‘2.0’ machines: It works with any capsule, or no capsule at all (pouring hot water). Note that to use a reusable filter (not included), currently the only option is to but the new generation Keurig filter, which has the five pre-cut holes this machine needs. Other reusable filters with a single hole will not work here. Recyclable cups: To my surprise, all new K-Kups are now labeled as recyclable. To be honest, this seems like a gimmick: Peeling the aluminum foil is a pain. The coffee will spill and a paper coffee filter is fused to the top rim of the cup. So I did it a few times, over a trash can, and then the cup has to be rinsed. Because the coffee is wrapper in a paper filter, I’m not even sure we actually need the plastic cup. There must be a better way to do this. The industrial design is nice and contemporary. All the sides are wrapped in stainless steel, with the top being all black. It’s very compact except for the water tank that oddly Is at the left side and cannot be moved to the back like in the smaller model. Overall, I'm happy with the coffee maker. Much improved model

A Customizable Coffee Experience
- July 19, 2020First of all thing I noticed and loved the most as soon as I started setting up this Keurig was the water reservoir. It has a handle and to remove it you just lift up, so easy off and on was a much appreciated upgrade to my previous older model keurig. It was easy to assemble and I love that it has a water filter in the reservoir. It was super easy to install. In my household my husband and I have very different preferences when it comes to coffee and all the features on this machine really cater to that, with the brew strength and temperature settings. Even better you can program in your favorite settings for up to three people. The machine itself looks high class and fits with my stainless steel appliances and it’s stream lined elegant design. I received this product complimentary for my honest review.

Waiting for customer service to get back to me
- February 5, 2023Two days after receiving my “upgraded Keurig” coffee machine, the coffee pod exploded everywhere making a huge mess. When we got it cleaned up again and tried several pods, we’ve been experiencing bad tasting coffee. Our old keurig machine never gave us any dissatisfaction. We merely wanted a larger water capacity. We’ve cleaned it with water, and again with vinegar/ water mix but the coffee still tastes awful.

Wowzers, the temp and strength settings!!!
- July 22, 2020Wow, all I can say is I’m a very avid coffee drinker, however I’m not big on extremely hot coffee so the temperature settings are amazing! The simple fact that I could put it on the lowest setting and still drink the coffee immediately after it was done is a godsend. The strength settings is also pretty amazing in the morning I did it with extra coffee strength to wake me up and in the afternoon I had a low strength coffee which was amazing! Wow all around for this product. If I hadn’t received it as a complementary gift in order to review it I would most definitely buy it! Well worth the money!
