The Kilotech KAM scale is an analog dial scale that has temperature compensation, which will ensure accuracy even if you use it in a refrigerator or freezer. The body's finish for this scale is enamel (KAM 512PL) or stainless steel (KAM512SPL), with a fixed dial, and flat platter. Furthermore, this scale features a special "rapid stop" ability in which it uses an air dashpot as a shock absorber.
