Love❤️ boiling water kettle
- March 2, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen Aide electric countertop boiling water kettle is a keeper. I’ve used the less expensive glass kind, while they look cool because you can see boiling water they are not as energy efficient as the Kitchen Aide metal vessel. Kitchen Aide boils the water quicker because the metal retains heat longer whereas the glass loses heat rapidly resulting in more time to rebook the water inside. If you drink a lot if hot tea as I do the Kitchen Aide boiling water kettle is time and electricity saver. Also no cracked or chipped glass pot if you have multiple users cracked or chipped glsss pot more likely.

Not great product for money spent
- March 9, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually drink 3 or more cups tea a day, so i bought this tea kettle thinking it would be great. After less than 6 months its already rusted inside and the bottom has stopper that have fallen off bottom where goes on to warming base and water no longer gets hot but lukewarm. Now i spent all this money and have look for new one already. Not impressed, very dissatisfied with product.

I really have enjoyed this kettle but..........
- May 3, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband brought this last summer because we make pour over coffee in mornings. It looked nice and worked great. Today i noticed the base had a chip and wire is exposed. I'm afraid to use it.

Great kettle!
- October 19, 2018[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a simple but elegant design, with technical details that are very appealing to me. Base allows the cord to be stored so it's an appropriate length, kettle can sit down any way within the circle of the base without fumbling around. I have had this kettle for a while now and I am very satisfied with my purchase. A few reviews were not as great and I was very hesitant to order. It seemed that some people had rust problems after a few month. I leave the lid open to ensure that the moisture can escape after boiling water and I never leave any water in it. The hot kettle dries that way pretty quick and it prevents the rust.

Disappointed
- September 1, 2017I bought this kettle a couple of week ago. I liked the design and was happy to receive the kettle. I first boiled water, as instructed, and emptied it. The I boiled water for tea. I drank the tea and could taste the plastic. The I became dizzy and my head had a numbing sensation. I opened the lid on the kettle, and could smell the plastic. So I left the lid open to let the plastic air out. The next day I boiled some more water for tea, and I could taste and smell the plastic. Also, had the same reaction--dizziness and numbness to the head. With regret I had to return the kettle. My health comes first.

My Fiery Red Kettie
- July 27, 2016[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last year upon our relocation to the US. It still doing her amazing job boiling water for my cup of tea or coffee. I used it for countless times during the year and it did got some water marks on the inside part but easily came off by boiling chopped off lemon. I love it so much. But hey.. why won't I? It surely looks good on my kitchen.

Beautiful but does not last!
- September 13, 2021I bought this less than 3 years ago. I loved the look of it and the material looks very durable. It's definitely an expensive kettle but I thought it would last forever just like many other Kitchen Aid products I've purchased before. I don't drink a lot of hot water, at most 2 pots a day, usually 1 only. However, it has stopped working. It won't turn on anymore. I'm very disappointed at the durability as I use it very delicately. I read the reviews and realized that it's actually a common problem. I'm so disappointed that Kitchen Aid cannot stand to its standards and quality anymore.

So sad
- September 25, 2017I bought this kettle about one year ago. I love my kettle. I'm English and I drink about 6 - 10 cups of tea, a day. It heats up quickly which I like, but, during the heating process it makes a loud popping sound! This past weekend it died on me! Just quit working, for absolutely no reason. I am very saddened by this. I was looking forward to a long lasting relationship with my Kitchen Aid Kettle. I paid more money for this particular kettle than any other kettle I've ever bought. Over the years I've bought a lot of kettles, non of which were the caliber of Kitchen Aid! I'm so sad.

Perfect quick kettle
- January 19, 2019Love how quickly this kettle heats....we drink lots of tea. Takes up very little room on my counter and it’s so pretty that it’s always out on display.
