What customers are saying

The KitchenAid 5-Speed Ultra Power Hand Mixer is a versatile and high-performing product. It has a powerful and efficient motor that can handle a variety of mixing tasks with ease, from whipping cream to kneading dough. The mixer operates quietly and smoothly, with minimal splatter or mess. It is lightweight and comfortable to use, with a good range of speed settings. Customers report that the mixer is durable and well-built, expected to last for many years. While a few users desired slightly more powerful high-speed settings and thicker beater attachments, the mixer is generally considered a fantastic addition to the kitchen.

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love, love, love this new hand mixer. I have the large KitchenAid but now if it's just a small job I reach for the hand mixer. It does a great job. With little or no clean up and because I have movement issues this is great. I highly recommend this hand mixer to anyone wanting something that is lite and easy to use.

    Perfect for Cakes

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - January 15, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a senior and this is my first hand mixer. As I get older, hard to carry the full size heavy mixer. So I've been beating cake mixes by hand for years but noticed they don't raise like they use to. It's been wonderful using my new KitchenAid 5 Speed Hand Mixer. Easier on my wrist and the cakes are no longer flat. The cakes raise and seem lighter. I did try to make buttercream frosting and it did the job, but it was harder and took longer. I will probably get out the full size KitchenAid in the future. Easy to figure out which beater goes in which hole since there is a pic on mixer where you pop in the beater. I purchased this on sale.

I love my Kitchenaid hand mixer

    Reviewed by - January 9, 2019

I bought an older model very similar to this many years ago. I use it for cakes and home made dip for my husband. A supposed friend threw my beaters away, and I went without a mixer because I didn't know that I could find replacement beaters. I finally did find beaters and bought them. I LOVE my Kitchenaid mixer. It has always worked and done what I've asked it to do. I was just going to break down and replace it but after I found the beaters online, and heavier duty ones at that, I decided to keep the mixer. I am so glad I did. I can no way afford a stand mixer of any brand. My mixer is older but if it aint broke, don't fix it!! Thank you Kitchenaid for a wonderful, slightly older model hand mixer

BROKE within a month and customer service sucks

    Reviewed by - June 29, 2020

The power switch broke within a month of use and customer service said they would send a replacement. I thought, "Well that was easy". Now about a month later, I contact them to ask where it is since the tracking number provided isnt working. They said now that its BACKORDERED but the rep I spoke to said no such thing. After telling the rep, " Well no one told me that and its inconvenient from me" , the rep replied " Sorry , Youre welcome. Thank you and have a great day." This isnt helpful! Its rude to disconnect before solving the problem at hand! Get your house in order KITCHENAID

    Great efficiency

    Reviewed by - January 4, 2026

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) 5 speed, very good, whips the egg whites and whipping cream to the peaks. Only wish, it comes with a case and more attachments, although those 2 little whips do the job just fine. Also great for a cappuccino foam.

    Simple and Compact Mixer

    Reviewed by - February 20, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a simple and compact mixer that, for MOST people, should suffice. I also own a stand mixer from kitchenaid, and I must confess that the simplicity of being able to just disengage these beaters into the sink after use for easy washing makes me think twice before I bust out the heavy mixer. This handheld unit can handle oatmeal raisin cookie batter, which is really the thickest of things I mix anyway. Do my arms get tired? Sure, but it's a workout well-worth it when I consider the minimal washing of tools required. I think all kitchens need a hand mixer like this.

    Hand mixer-not impressed

    Reviewed by - March 8, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this mixer twice. One of the holes where you put a mixer into it has already broken. The poece of plastic inside has pushed back up into the mixer.

    Good mixer!

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - January 20, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer is good, if you do not need a professional one, but just use it in everyday life, then this is the very thing - the price is adequate , I advise.
