At CES® 2024, L'Oréal Group unveiled a next-generation hair drying tool designed with professional stylists for beauty professionals and at-home consumers: AirLight Pro. Developed in partnership with Zuvi, a hardware startup created by drone engineers and leading scientists, AirLight Pro uses a combination of infrared light and wind technology to care for hair by making it visually smoother and hydrated, while drying faster with heat flow optimized for multiple hair types, and consuming up to 31% less energy.

Unlike conventional heated hair dryers that only feature heating coils, the AirLight Pro features a special high-speed 17-blade motor and patented* infrared technology powered by tungsten-halogen bulbs designed for fast drying hair without excessive heat. By effectively drying the water on the hair surface, the internal moisture of the strand is retained, resulting in smooth, shiny hair.
