Not at all what I expected.
- 20 septembre 2019DO NOT BUY THIS FOR CONSOLE OR MAC. After watching dozens of reviews of this headset and only hearing positive things,I decided it was worth a try as most of my peripherals are Logitech G. The first thing I realized after I got home is that the BLUE Voice does not work with Mac,only PC (even though G HUB is universal). That makes this 50% useless. The audio quality is absolutely atrocious on console and there is no way to change the settings. There is 0 low end and everything sounds extremely tinny_ metallic. I'm sure these would sound fantastic once I get my PC up and running but for the mean time these are practically useless to me.

Easy to use, disappointing performance
- 19 octobre 2025Unfortunate performance. States 7.1 but sounds like a 3.1, even using the g hub software to test and adjust. Generally mushy sound, even using the g hub equalizer to nearly defeat the lower frequencies while maxing out the higher ones just to get some clarity of sound. From time to time, during gameplay the higher frequencies will vanish entirely, feeling just like your ears closed up during a sudden altitude descent. Disconnecting, restarting, software have no effect. Complete computer restart sometimes restores the sound. Love Logitech products, and I just wish I had sprung for their higher priced / higher performing earphones

Too fragile
- 12 mars 2023I bought this headset originally in August 2020, and it didn't last until March 2021, as the plastic cover over the metal headband broke (right side). The component is made of plastic. I put in a warranty claim, and received another headset (I give Logitech credit here). However, the same component failed on the newer headset, in March 2023. I contacted Logitech about the issue again and was denied any support (including spare parts). I googled this issue and I don't seem to be alone with this component failing. I always had the headband extended (I have a big head), so maybe your experience will be different if you have a smaller head. Prior to this, I used a wireless Logitech H600 for 7-8 years until it stopped taking a charge due to the USB wearing out. I am very careful with my electronics, so I blame the design of the headset for failing early (twice).

Amazing
- 9 décembre 2021Went through 3 headsets in 3 days trying to find a good one. This is it. Best sound quality and build compared to the Astro A40 which had connection issues and severe static whenever I’d move the controller it’s connected to and the SteelSeries 9x wireless which couldn’t stay connected for more than 20 minutes without being reset. Long story short is I haven’t had these long but at the price point they’re WAY better than a $250-350 headset. Don’t waste your money on fancy options. Buy these and I’m sure you’ll be happy, because I was pleasantly surprised with the build and sound quality along with the comfort

Best headset I ever had.
- 4 août 2020This is the perfect gaming headset, Its extremely hard to find anything better than this one. Critics say this is a mid range headset but I would highly differ and say that this is a high end headset. I tested the Arctis Pro against this one and the old Logitech G pro, and they both sound far better in terms of sound quality. Arctis pro is equipped with only a 40 mm driver compared to Logitech's 50mm driver, which results in the Arctis pro lacking im terms of bass quality big time.

Solid Sound but Poor Build Quality
- 7 février 2021Solid headset at purchase. Comfortable fit, although I found it just slightly tight for extended wear. I wore it regularly for about 2 months, After 1 drop from about 3 feet, the plastic piece connecting the cup to the band cracked. A few days later, it fell apart, causing the earpiece to fall off and rendering the headset unwearable. Logitech support was difficult to contact and kept redirecting me. No solution was found. I'm left with an unusable headset after a bit of wear and tear. Other similar headsets I've used have suffered such wear and tear multiple times with absolutely no damage. Decent look and feel to this headset but I would highly recommend buying another with decent build quality that will last you more than a few months.

One of the best built headsets you can get
- 26 avril 2020I finally bit the bullet after 6 months of eyes this headset and decided if i'm going to buy a headset, I better go all out so I'm not wanting to upgrade anytime soon. I'm glad I did. First thing you notice on this headset is the build quality. Leather top and bottom, metal adjustable bars, braided (and replaceable if it were to ever break) wires, metal wire on (again removable) adjustable mic, and soft matte black cups. Unlike the glossy (and squeaky) parts of basically other gaming headset, this has a very refined feel to it. It truly is a no-compromises build. As far as mic quality, this one of the best i've heard. It can be adjusted from supersentitive (basically everything is ASMR, and has no background hiss to all kinds of presets. First day I had someone say I sound like a youtuber with this mic. The foam surrounding is the difference between a clean recording and one with accidental breathing into the mic for everyone to hear, and it makes a HUGE difference, i'm sure it will be appreciated by your teammates. As for audio quality, it definitely is a strong headset, but seems a little heavy on the bass. This of course can be controlled with the equalizer in Logitech's G HUB software included (which has many more features as well). It's not audiophile worthy, but it's not going to distract from your games or chats. Finally, I think the most important part is often the one least talked about, and that's the surround sound card. The little dongle that get's forgotten about. The reason this headset costs $40 more than the G PRO. That card is what drives this amazing headset. I was expecting a 2D audio experience, just like you would get from a 5.1 or 7.1 system, and it does way more than that. Not only does it have front/back and left/right channels, but also up/down, meaning audio is 3D. Instead of just being able to hear footsteps forward or behind like you would get typically over a stereo headset, you're also getting to hear if they're above or below you, which I have to say is impressive. Of course this card just goes to AUX, so you can definitely use it with other headsets (just keep in mind it may not be as accurate sound positioning). Overall, great headset, and I hope it stays a part of my setup for years to come.

X-Pro Fail!
- 29 mai 2024After a brief period of usage, of course just after the warranty ran out, I lost sound in the left side. A little pressure on the plug into the headset apparently bent the contacts in the socket. Opening up the left headset I found it is a small socket attached to a little circuit board. There is no way to bend the contacts back in the socket. So, until I find a headset from someone other than Logitech, I'm stuck with mono sound in the right ear piece only. Bottom line: fragile, not capable of normal usage, not worth the buy.

Awesome headset
- 11 juin 2021This headset works really well. I was really amazed on the sound settings , and the mic works very nicely. I just bought this set yesterday in store. I previously had Logitech g420 they lasted me 8 years but in the last 6 months the g420 started to wear down and break where the two plastic pieces are with 4 screws. I did make the pieces with a 3d printer but after I fixed that the mic broke so I bought this way more durable. In my opinion I great buy. Well worth the money. Logitech is my go-to for my PC needs.

No left volume... twice!!
- 24 mai 2024I got these headphones and they were comfy enough and seemed fine at first. After 3 weeks the left side sound started intermittently cutting out, eventually stopping completely after a few more days. I was willing to give Logitech the benefit of the doubt, assuming a manufacturing defect so I exchanged them for the same model. Well, another few weeks later and the exact same thing happened, left side audio output stopped. Fortunately, Best Buy has a fair return policy so I was able to refund my exchanged headphones and get a different brand. The headphones I replaced these with are half the price and actually sound much better. With Logitech, stick to mice and keyboards, 1 star for being complete trash, especially for the price point... If you are deaf in your left ear 2/5.
