Love this mouse :D
- July 4, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for a cheap wired gaming mouse but picky about quality and looks, then this is the mouse for you. This mouse is really good for its price. The mouse is lightweight and comes with metal weights you can attach at the bottom of the mouse if you want it to be heavier. Also the scroll wheel can be set to scroll fast or slower by pressing the button below the scroll wheel. There’s a couple of buttons on the mouse which is convenient when I’m playing games and I want to click the buttons on the mouse instead of on the keyboard. The mouse isn’t too loud when you click it which is nice. None of my friends have complained about the noise which is good to hear. There’s a lot of things you can play around with in the settings of the Logitech software.

Favorite Mouse
- July 20, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the razer deathadder and razer naga and In my opinion they don’t even compare to the g502 hero. I’ve had the g502 for about 2 days and collectively used the mouse for 8 hours of gaming and 10+ hours of productivity and I am very satisfied with this mouse. I have pretty small hands and this mouse still very comfortable in the hand. I really cant think of anything that would make someone not want to purchase this mouse besides the fact that the scroll wheel down button is pretty resistant so if someone likes the use the middle mouse button then it might be a problem. However, there are 10 other programable buttons so for the majority I think this shouldn’t be a problem. The middle mouse button is also cold to the touch most of the time which isn’t bothering but it might annoy some people. I realized that the left wheel tilt button is easier the press than the right wheel tilt button (not by much). The hyperscroll is fun to fidget with. When I was working it was helpful but not that accurate. The left and right mouse buttons are really easy to press. For me it took a few hours to get used to because the mouse I was using right before (razer naga) had more resistant clicks. With the g502 I definitely feel faster in my movements in game and at work. The side buttons are really nice the click and easy to locate even in the dark. It did take an hour or 2 to get used to the positioning for me but it was very comfortable once I got it right. The rgb isn’t great but I personally like the subtleness or if (unlike the massive lit razer logo). The mouse itself is just as/a little less heavy than the razer naga but it’s good weight for me. The extra weights included feel premium but make the mouse a little too heavy (I do know some people that have up to all the weights in their mouse. It’s all up to personal preference). The grips on the sides and the glides on the button of the mouse are very nice and I have no problem moving or lifting the mouse. The glides are very smooth. I use my mouse on a steelseries mouse pad and it’s great. My palm wrests very nicely on the mouse and the texture is very comfortable. The software isn’t too great but gets the job done. I was definitely lost for a good 10 minutes until I figured out how to program the buttons. The on board memory is great because I can save my presets and never have touch ghub again. My favorite part of the mouse has to be the sensor. It just feels so much more accurate. I play rainbow six seige mostly and after getting the mouse I averaged 4-12 kills per game which was a huge step up because before with my naga, that has an atrocious sensor, my aim was very inconsistent and made playing not fun. Overall the mouse is amazing and personally I have no complaints.

Solid mouse for FPS gaming and work
- May 18, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great mouse, mainly played FPS (destiny 2, battlefield, cod etc) I primarily got it for the extra buttons at the top but I never ended up using them. They’re in an awkward spot to reach with my pointer finger while in game. Regardless though, good response time and has some pretty cool customization features in g hub (lua scripts, macros and led customization). Added a picture comparing to death adder v2

Best mouse I have ever used!
- December 8, 2024[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched to PC gaming a little over a year ago and had a set of crappy Red Dragon peripherals (mouse and keyboard) and ive been using them loyally since I built the rig. I honestly thought pricey mice and keyboards were entirely scams. Like why is this plastic double the price of this plastic? They look the same, have RGB, side buttons, etc. But the real kicker with this mouse is the software. The RGB and DPI is fully customizable and every button on the mouse, including left and right click, can be keymapped to do anything you want and even has suggestions. My current 3 are DPI Up, DPI down, and a button to mute my mic on discord so I dont have to multitask in a firefight. 100% recommend this on sale.

Comfortable & On Point
- March 21, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was difficult finding a gaming mouse to use daily instead of my Logitech MX Master 2s that I've used for a couple years now. I needed certain gaming mouse features but everyday features also like web browsing back and forth buttons etc while being comfortable. Hands down great value without too much hype while capable of being a productivity mouse. The weighting seems to start out light to medium allowing you to actually get a usuable adjustment out of it vs being too light with all the weights in it like many I have tried. I do not feel that is a me problem as my son and a friend say the same thing. I did take the liberty of adding a pinky sled mod that mice costing 2-3 times as much "sometimes" have out of preference for those clutch moments...

I like this mouse, so I bought another!
- September 6, 2024[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a huge fan of the G502 Hero. I don’t care for the weights you can add, but I know that’s not the case for everyone. Very solid functionality. Hand grips feel great. Fits in my hand really well. Love the side mouse buttons that aren’t in the way of my thumb. Stores many profiles to hold different DPI’s which is good if you got a few folks using the mouse. Great customization of the colors the mouse emits. I don’t use it, but the aim slow down button is pretty interesting to have!

Good product
- August 31, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first got a defective one. It didn't work and the light did not even light up. I tried several different usb ports and also different devices but it just did not work at all. So I have tobreturn it and get a new one. The new one is absolutely perfect. I personally like heavy mouses, they give me a sense of steadiness and accuracy since my dpi tend to be high (2400). I like the weight of this mouse and how the weight can be adjusted and distrubuted. A good mouse for both gaming and working. But if you like light-weightd mouse you'd better thonk thoroughly before buying this.

My first real gaming mouse
- December 9, 2025[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mouse on sale to use with my new gaming laptop. The mouse feels good in my hand and is clearly of quality construction. I think it is going to take me a while to make full use of all its features!

Best mice ever for the price
- May 17, 2024[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect! This the smoothest mice I've ever used. Very comfortable. Easy to install and use it. The best part is the weight, you can put how much weight is perfect for you.
