I bought this to use when I'm chatting when gaming online and for privacy on zoom calls. I used it for 5 hours straight the same day I bought it and found it surprisingly comfortable. My friends said that they could hear me clearly and I could hear them clearly as well. When I told them I only paid $20.00 for them one of my friends who does a lot of online gaming and testing said he was going online to buy one as well. BTW, I didn't need to get a splitter like one reviewer said i would have to (and yes my comp has two jack inputs - one mic and one headset). I just plugged it into the headset input and chatted away! My son thought I would have to use a splitter (which he had) but I proved him wrong.

I’ve been using these for the last 5 months and they are a great value. The headphones are reminiscent of an old pair of Walkman headphones, not the fanciest but comfortable enough (even for someone like me with a large head) and they have good clear sound. The microphone is clear and works well. I’ve used it on my computer for Zoom meetings and for calling from my iPhone (With adapter) and have had no problems. I’m going to pick up a second pair for my office. At $20 they have far exceeded my Expectations.

Works great for working from home and there have been no complaints about soft or tinny voice. No mute button or volume control but those are already on meeting control pad so not needed.

As a professional singer stuck rehearsing virtually with my band due to another covid lockdown I was searching for a lightweight portable headset with a long enough cord that I could move about while practicing. As well I required at least a halfways decent mic to communicate with the rest of the group. This has met all expectations. Super comfy. Longish cord. No issues with mic distortions...even while moving about while singing during rehearsal. For a economical headset this has impressed me so far. Now for the durability...we shall see. However for the cost it has so far been well worth it!

Purchase this headset yesterday in order to have a virtual meeting. It's literally plug and play but I had to tweak the settings a bit so that it can fully work properly. The person I was having a virtual meeting with, I asked them if they can clearly hear me, and they said yes. On my end, I can hear them clear. The part that I'm suppose to plug in seems a little fragile, but with me being aware of that, I will have to ensure that I input and remove it carefully. For long term wear, I can't really speak on that. But my 30 minute virtual meeting that I had today, this headset performed well.

I purchased the headphones for my daughter for at home learning when the schools closed and they were broken when we got them. We plugged them in and nothing but crackling sound. She was so upset. And the return process is complete crap especially when I purchased extended warranty on them…

Sound quality is great and mic works well, but after a while, my ears hurt and I need to wear it upside down. Still my ears hurt, and I am surprised because my head is considered smaller than average

Bought 2 of these for my kids to do online schooling and didn't see any mention that if your computer has two audio jacks instead of a single one which many do, then you need a Splitter cable for the mic and headphone jacks in your computer. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time - now have to spend 2 x $20 for another cable.

Its just what i need in a very reasonable price .. perfect to use while working from home.

I should have known that these were too cheap. They dont sit on my head comfortably, constantly adjusting and trying to make them fit. Sound is fine but the only adjustment is the length of the overhead piece. No swivel in the pads so I guess its just another example of being too good a deal.
