[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it was not what i expected. on the plus side it connects multiple devices to the computer only using one usb receiver. on the negitive side it turns off the original usb receivers making them useless. i thought that i could still use them in other laptops, i couldn't. i took it back to best buy and the tech guy was able to reverse the process so i could use the original usb receivers that came with the keyboard/mouse combinations. i did have one computer mouse that was missing a receiver and he hooked it up to the universal receiver so i am now able to use that mouse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandkids got a hold of the Logitech wireless mouse that went along with my wireless keyboard, which I'd intended to use on my desk with my laptop. Wouldn't you know, they lost the receiver for it and I was thinking money down the drain. Then it occurred to me to look on the Best Buy website, where I found a replacement receiver! Call me happy, as I can now use the equipment I purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't come with instructions so you have to search online for how to pair with your device (keyboard/mouse). Other than that, basic receiver that has been working great so far. Was using this with a Surface Pro 7. However, I noticed that since using this with my M1 Macbook Pro, there is often a delay with keyboard entry. Not sure if its a compatibility issue with M1 Macbooks.

It was very hard to diagnose since it was a single device that was never moved from the original port it was installed in and has no moving parts, but they do die (old one was good for about 3 years). I did receive the latest model as indicated on the Logitech page, but they make then vey hard too distinguish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wanted this to work with all my devices but unfortunately it was incompatible. however I am looking forward to using it with actually compatible devices. software download needed from the logitech website but after that you just turn on and off your device you're trying to synchronize with it and then viola, no more dongles clogging up your computer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I lost the original one that my mouse came with and am so happy that this exists so I don't have to buy a completely new mouse . Also love that I can connect my wireless keyboard and not have to use multiple usb ports freeing one for something else. I bought a second one for my work laptop so I don't have to transfer it from one laptop to the other.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing product to connect multiple Logitech devices together. I was able to connect an M310 mouse and a Logitech keyboard. You can connect upto 6 devices. The setup was very easy. You download the Logitech software and start it up. All you have to do is turn on the device and with one click of a button you can connect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not work on my Windows 10 computer. I followed instructions. It searched for a device driver and could not find one. I spent time on the Insignia web site and found no way to manually get a device driver. I noticed that The product picture here shows logitech, my device as the Insignia brand.

Probably fine, if you have the right models of your products and didn't end up with a compatible keyboard, except that there's two visually identical versions of it and the one I ended up with doesn't work with this receiver, only a seperate one that I can only buy via third party.
