The DVD can be viewed with musical accompaniment or without to amplify the engine sounds. Toy Trains is divided into ten sections with background music. It also lacks narration and detailed identification of scenes. A wide range of model railroading types are featured, from a live steam setup and a layout with trains, buildings, and scenery made from LEGOs to Halloween and Christmas holiday themes.
