How to Prepare for Your On-site Service:

  • Please ensure a person at least 18 years of age is present during the entire time the service is provided
  • Please ensure any required accessories like cables and connectors are available
  • The Installer will require full access to the devices to be serviced, access to the residence, the owner's consent, cooperation to enter the residence or business, a safe working environment, working space, and electrical power
  • The Installer will show you proper identification upon arrival

    I purchased an over-the-range microwave and this installation from my local Best Buy store. The sales agents and customer service at the store were great. However, installation is contracted, and the installer didn't center the microwave properly. Trying to get resolution (partial refund or removal/re-installation of the oven) has so far taken 3 calls and 1.5 hours. The 1st call was to determine exactly which number/department was responsible for handling the matter. The 2nd call was to explain the problem, and have it resolved. When I didn't hear back, I made a 3rd call, where I was told they had no record of the 2nd call. I'm trying 1 more time, and if they can't resolve the problem, I'll be entering a dispute with my credit card company.
