Interactive Light-Sensing Fun

Our Modular Robotics Cubelets detects the amount of light hitting its sensor, using an analog photocell that responds to changing light conditions. Our little robot block can react to its environment, whether in a dark room or under bright sunlight, enabling kids to build creations that respond dynamically to light. Perfect for hands-on STEM explorations, it inspires curiosity, problem-solving, and computational thinking in builders aged 4 and up.

Customizable Behavior & Coding

Our Brightness Cubelet supports Personality Swap, Blockly drag-and-drop coding, and C programming for advanced customization. Our Cubelets Console and Cubelets App allow young innovators to explore data, program unique behaviors, and visualize real-time robot responses. With endless ways to connect and code, learners can create robots that follow light, react to changes, or perform entirely new actions, making STEM play both educational and exciting.

Key features:

Light-Sensing Interaction: Our Brightness Cubelet detects the amount of light hitting its sensor, allowing kids to create robots that respond to changing light conditions. Ideal for building interactive STEM projects that follow sunlight or react to lamps and LEDs.

Personality Swap Fun: This STEM robot can change its behavior instantly using Personality Swap. Kids can explore no-code programming, swap behaviors, and experiment with cause-and-effect in a tactile, hands-on way, making STEM learning playful and engaging.

Real-Time Data Exploration: With Cubelets Console, learners can see the 256 values that drive their educational robot’s behavior. Data logging lets children visualize, record, and analyze how light impacts their creations, deepening understanding of sensors and robotics.

Blockly & C Coding Support: This STEM toy supports beginner-friendly Blockly coding and advanced C programming in Cubelets Console. Children can progress from visual drag-and-drop coding to complex programming, creating dynamic and customizable robotic behaviors.

STEM Learning Cubelet: This STEM educational toy is perfect for ages 4+, this educational robot block encourages experimentation, creativity, and problem-solving. It’s designed for home or classroom use, letting children build, code, and explore interactive robotics independently or in groups.
