This kit had enough lead to go from centre-top windshield mount around the headliner and down the Driver "A" pillar as the fuse panel was on this side. Be sure to measure the length of feed you'll need from camera to fuse panel (as this may vary). Please know I am not very technical but I was able to do this with a bit of courage and research on YouTube and the owner's manual for the right fuse placement. I originally got a quote for $160 for a pro to install but I was amazed how easy it really was and cancelled my appointment. Gave me the confidence to install the rear-view camera ... but ... you'll need additional tools (ie fishing tool) for that kind of work. This front camera power cabling is easy, have confidence and have patience :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hardware kit is pricy, but it was worth it. With this I don’t need to see all the wires leading to the dash cam. I used a multi meter and found a fuse that had power when the key was in the ignition and now it turns on automatically when my key is inserted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wiring kit was easy to install, but, only includes standard, and mini size add a circuit fuse taps. Our car required a micro add a circuit, which I found at my local Autozone. It was only after reading through reviews here, that I learned Nextbase will send the needed add a circuit fuse tap, if requested. Even if I had known that, we were going to be leaving on a trip, and needed it within 24 hours. So, if your car uses micro, or low profile mini fuses, be prepared to buy your own add a circuit, or wait for them to ship one to you.

This hardwire kit is easy to use and set-up. It has clear instructions and long cables. It includes two different sized fuse taps and all the wire covers. The hardest part of my installation was actually finding the fuse diagram for my model of car. Due to the number of different versions online I actually contacted my dealership to ensure I had the correct one printed off.

As it turns out, I learned that my Mazda uses Low Profile fuses, which are not included in the three splitters that come with the kit. I had to order another splitter in order to complete the wiring of my dash cam to the fuse box. I think there are five kinds of fuses, so be aware that the ones provided (standard, mini and micro) may not be correct for your vehicle. Other than that the kit is excellent. I did have to cut and reconnect the wires because there the wires were too long for my needs, but better too long than too short!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this as part of the Nextbase 622GW bundle. Installed it in my 2014 F150 crew cab pick-up. Installation was straightforward. Plenty of wire/cable and the included tool was helpful in tucking this wire/cable in the headliner. On my F150 it did require pulling the A-pillar trim piece (two bolts; instructional video on YouTube was helpful) and I also had to purchase a micro fuse (the kit comes with both a standard fuse and a mini fuse; my F150 unfortunately meant I needed to obtain a mini fuse). Locating a good ground is essential for making this work (full disclosure - I had to drill a hole and install a sheet metal screw behind part of the dash by the passenger door). Once installed, works seamlessly with the Click&Go Pro GPS mount included with the dashcam.

Had the Dash Cam hard wired to the "switched" power supply. Easy install and the camera works great. Picture is very good. Also the Nextbase Player is easy to use. Really like the Click & Go Pro Mount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit was easy to install. It comes with a fuse splitter of sorts that you put into your fuse box. If you put it into a fuse that is only used when the car is running, it’ll automatically turn the camera on and off with the car. Then you attach the other lead to a ground, run the cables and you’re done. The cables that came with the kit are plenty long and I had lots of extra in my small car. I was able to hide it all out of sight with the help of some electrical tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to install my 322GW DashCam. Was able to hide wires easily and attach to DashCam base. Connection to under dash fuse box was a little challenging due to location of fuse box. I had to buy a new fuse to plug into the fuse splice connector because the one in my car had legs that were too short to fit in fuse splice. Other than that, everything else was pretty straight forward.
