[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far these have seemed to work great. The only complaints so far have to do with the ergonomics of the controller and the price. It should be around $60 and i think the controllers could be a bit larger, the release buttons are odd and in a weird spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nintendo Joycons work well if you’re very careful with them. We switch players know about eventual drift so I can’t lie and say their great. If you use them sparingly in handheld and keep them clean you should be fine. If you’re rough with them they won’t last long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system has been out long enough that the price of these things should have gone down by now. Had to replace one of the other controllers because it was drifting. I hope that isn’t a constant problem for these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought these for the sole purpose of being able to play 4-player games with the family like Mario Kart 8 and Super Mario Party. Mission accomplished. I think I made a good move to also purchase a joy-con charging grip to compliment these so that these could also be used as a single controller, if needed for a particular game, and also serves as a charging mechanism for these joy-cons while the Switch console itself could charge the other two original joy-cons at the same time. We’ve certainly had a lot of family fun since Christmas playing the Switch, which has been our primary entertainment during the winter months of the pandemic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new pair due to that my first joycons started having the drift issue because the stick's quality is a little bit poor. Even that I replaced the sticks eventually the issue appeared again, so that is why I bought a new pair. I highly suggest to use joycons for handle mode or games that you can use them separately but that they have a super easy gameplay. I don't suggest them for fighting games or complex games such as SSB because sometimes they have a little delay if you are a little bit far from the console. For those games I suggest a pro controller or gamecube controller but besides that, it is a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work as expected- for now. We have had our Nintendo Switch for a year. This is probably the fourth joycon we have had to buy new. Eventually, one side will stop working or get the "drift" which is extremely aggravating and makes the controller pretty much non-funtional. They are extremely delicate, so if you are clumsy or have a child who is, take extreme caution. They break off from the contact slide bar very easily. I am really from with these (not this pair) in general. Nintendo should make a sturdier product, especially since it is essentially a child's product. I'm sure I will have to purchase again in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I love the Switch, I am HUGELY disappointed in the quality of the joy cons. Both of my controllers began malfunctioning to the point of being unusable after only 5-6 months, and I’ve heard the same thing from far too many other people. The joysticks become randomly unresponsive as well as drifting and moving on their own. For the $70-80 price tag, these are really low quality. I still have yet to have a single issue with any of my wii controllers circa 2006, or any other issues with my older Nintendo hardware, so I really can’t fathom why these controllers that are double the cost are failing after only months.
