[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the same trusty NiMH rechargeable AA batteries I use in virtually everything else in my mother's Panasonic handset, and they wouldn't properly charge -- seemed like a trickle charge on the charging base despite being left overnight and then some, and then would only hold a charge for maybe an hour. Found it necessary to use Panasonic's own branded batteries. Disappointed in this, but it is what it is. Be sure to buy the right ones for your handset -- Panasonic has a ton of different handset models, and multiple AA batteries offered. Use their website to find the proper SKU.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got some free panasonic deck 6.0 phones from a guy that wanted to get rid of them (several years old but a high end somewhat expensive model, had some wear and scratches but works fully functional); originally I was going to buy off him (off of OfferUp) a motorola cordless phone set but being the ad 1 year old, he couldn't find them and I was bummed, but in turn gave me a 3 handset KX-TGA652 for free, so I said hell yes, but I had to buy my own batteries. I came across these panasonic orange labeled beauties and all phones work good as new.. just dang expensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to replace a set of non panasonic batteries i had in a panasonic phone. The set of phones i have are 4 bases from 13 years ago, at about 7 years i replace 2 handset batteries, and i tried non panasonic ones, and several brands didnt work, i had to try 3 brands i had at the time laying around (had several new unused sets laying around at the time, and didnt want to invest in more batteries to lay around. Now 6 years later, all the sets (even the off brand ones) needed replacing. So i just bit the bullet and paid the extra. 4 of thise orginal 8 batteries made it 13 years, and all 4 of the off brand ones were dead. Worth the investment in hopes of 13 years out of these. I want to make sure my phones work when i need them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two land line phones. Both needed two batteries. They worked fine for several weeks but now one is, once again, beeping. Just like it did when the batteries went dead. So that is disappointing for sure. I have been very busy and have not taken them back to Best Buy for exchange. I have used Panasonic land lines for decades and they never, not once lost their charge. So this is something new and with all that needs attention these day, this is just uncalled for.

Couldn't find batteries and a very helpful employee came along and asked me what I was looking for. She showed me another battery area and found what I needed. Your recent employees have been extremely helpful and pleasant. And also patient when I have plenty of cell phone challenges!! I have no complaints with your store and its worth the trip to travel from the other side of Pickering to Ajax !

Tried several stores in our area before I found the last package of batteries on the shelf at Best Buy. They were more expensive then online batteries. We needed batteries now so I bought them. Working very well after charging for the 1st time. Still going strong with no problems so far. Highly recommend.

This battery is 750 mAh, and the existing one only 400 mAh. The higher mAh battery made the cellphone last longer between charging time, l don’t have to worry about it run out of battery when l talking. The original Panasonic rechargeable battery is long lasting.

I feel fully confident they will last even longer, while maintaining all the high quality of even longer charge, sound, and dependability I have come to count on through my ownership!!!

I bought my TV’S, home security system, my land line phones, printer ink, my IPhone and many other items. Sure enough Best Buy was the only store that had them. Thank you Best Buy. I should have gone there first, would’ve saved on gas going all over Staten Island.
