What a stupid way to sell a DIGITAL product. You buy it, but guess what, it's not gonna be automatic, you need to wait up to three days to get this code. How stupid could that be? As soon as I got an email saying that, I called to cancel as I needed the code right away (remember it should be a digital code, no one has to go dig it from the mountain!), but even if I was told I would be refunded, I later discovered that they did not and will not (they never called me back later to tell me about it... I was just left in the ignorance waiting for the refund. In the end, I will skip my next purchase from best buy as I am angry about this!

Ok, so here is how buying a "digital download" card works. #1: You place your order like any other product. #2: The warehouse gets the order code. #3: A employee gets a physical card from the inventory. #4: The card is placed into a order box with your transaction number on it. #5: Another employee gets the box. (Not necessarily the same day) #6: They scan and activate the card. #7: They proceed to scratch the code area off the back of the card, just like you would have if you bought it in-store. #8: They then input that code into the computer and send it to the email address associated with the purchase. 48-72 hours later you get a code mailed to you. Seriously, spend the extra on gas and just go buy a card physically.

Crazy in this day and age they don't have instant digital gift cards like everyone else. Don't ever order these cards close to the weekend or else you will have to wait until after the weekend to finally get it.

This digital download took way to long to arrive to my email. 3 Days for a digital download, next time I would rather go to the store. I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after it was placed but it wouldn’t let me. I even called to cancel and was told I could not.

This has got to be the dumbest way I've ever seen a company do digital downloads.. when people want to put money on their account, its usually because they want to buy something in that moment.. so they buy a digital download, then have to wait up to 3 days for delivery?? garbage

Why would a digital product require 3 days to process? There is not a world in which I can fathom this making any sense at all. I missed my nephew's birthday and now he dropped out of school, joined a gang of misfits, and is traveling the train lines across Canada.

Hello, I just wanted to say I did not receive my product and I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now.

They took my money and never gave me a code. Talked to two agents and still no problem solved. NEVER get a code from them again.

you get a digital code, I dont get whats so hard to get pretty straight forward for 5 stars, came fast, im happy with it
