[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the battery earlier this spring, and now the phone will shut off when it had just displayed 30-60% batter life remaining. I have to charge my phone one time (at least) during the day. It is frustrating to have my phone battery die in the middle of communicating with people or trying to take photos/videos of something exciting happening. I would recommend this battery if you like to charge your phone a couple times a day, only use your phone for a couple hours, and have your phone die in the middle of you doing something, especially when you don't expect it (when the battery still has quite a bit % remaining). 2 stars because it was great at first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The market is flooded with fakes - after a lot of mistakes buying from Ebay the performance of the battery was so pathetic that it was obvious that I was buying fakes. The real one has the silver drop circle beside the golden contact terminals. The battery from LG store was significantly different than the fakes and the performance was unbelievably better than the others. Please do your self a favor buy from LG store

Just after few days, it was loosing all of its power within 1/2 day and now it does that in a few hours. I do believe the first battery they provided with the phone performed a lot better but this one looks like they refurbished old ones and started selling them through their site

After 3 week, a warning message when I turn my phone on, teeling me the "battery not found" even if it is charged ober 70%? Just after that, an image of the battery with a question mark in it. Never seen that. Put back my old battery. Do not last long but at least it works!

Got a great deal on this LG battery online and my phone is like new again. Great price and free shipping too. Being able to replace the battery is why I chose this phone over an iPhone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a back-up battery for my LG-G4 phone. It charged up quickly in the battery charger I also purchased. Placed the battery into my phone and the phone would not boot because of the boot-loop issue. Now I have a nice, new battery for a dead phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new battery has saved me a few hundred dollars as I am unable to afford a new phone right now. It works well although I do find my phone to be a little hot after a lot of internet use but at lesst I get more time between charging.

Picture does not match actual product. Phone is discontinued but was expecting a genuine battery, not a fake. However the battery does work and phone is operational now. Only time will tell to see how long it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battery lasted for hours even with the gps activated the whole time. I can be playing games, music, and using my location at the same time and it will still last at least 5 hours. LG is the way to go.
