- A must have for switch owners- February 24, 2021
the nintendo switch is a very good console, but storage is something it lacks. It comes with 32 GB of internal storage, to get more you must buy an SD card. I got this card on sale for 60$, and man is it worth it. I highly reccomend these while they are on sale, as the more expensive ones can be up to 100$ off!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- A Nintendo Switch Essential!- January 27, 2021
Being a hoarder, or collector as I like to call it, I hate having to delete games to make space for new ones. --With that said, this "256GB microSDXC Memory Card for Nintendo Switch" by SanDisk is the way to go if you're anything like myself. The standard 32GB internal storage featured on the Switch just isn't enough if you plan to have a respectable-sized digital library; & considering the consoles 2021 eShop lineup, this memory card will be worth every penny. With an easy installation--just behind the kickstand--I was able to insert it, & download all the titles I've collected over the years in a short amount of time. An absolute must-have. Cheers!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Good, but you can get better for cheaper.- April 22, 2022
Does what it is meant to do and does it well, its a bit too pricey for the amount of storage it gives you, but then again that's because you are paying extra for that nintendo branding. My advice to anyone out there looking to expand the storage space on their switch would be to look for the same amount of memory on a similar san disk micro sd card without any of the nintendo branding and avoid paying out an unnecessary premium due to a little worthless pizazz plastered on the item in question. I only bought this one myself because I had a hard time finding a card with a similar amount of storage at the time that was cheaper and without the brandingNo, I would not recommend this to a friend.
- A must have item when purchasing a Switch- May 9, 2020
I purchased this as a companion piece to my sons Nintendo Switch. I am not tech savvy, so I kept going back and fourth on regular micro set cards and this one. After reading many reviews about issues with regular micro sd cards, I gave in and purchased this one. I would much rather pay more for an item that works than having to take a chance on another product. There have been no issues with this micro sd card. Games transfer seamlessly from device to card and new games install to the card without issue. At 256 go, there is plenty of room for games (FYI, the Nintendo switch only held 4 games on the device itself, so as mentioned, this is a must have item).Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
