Consistent color throughout and when changing apps. I was able to find an open box and purchased this TV for $700 off the retail price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a Samsung user and this is my first Sony TV, and there are several good things I just found on this TV better than my previous Samsung 4K. The principal and most important is how good is the resolution of this new Sony Bravia, I try to share some pictures because is really impressive, the colors, the lights, it is sharp and clear. Something adicional that impress me was the audio, even though I'll use a Soundbar with this TV, the quality of the sound of this TV is awesome, much better than many others. The quality of manufacturing of this TV is superior, they pay attention to the details, even on the back this TV is well designed, having some lids to cover all cables con outlets. The configuration was very easy and fast, and is really amazing thst it has Google TV incorporated. The only complaint so far is that the remote control can not control the Volume of my Soundbar if they are connected witj BT, because the TV remote control is also BT. But everything else is amazing and with high quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing beats Sony's video processing. Quick settings let you easily watch movies without motion frames/smoothing, the way they were intended to be seen. Cinema mode also changes the color to something more natural. Netflix defaults to Dolby Vision and you can choose between bright or less bright. But Sony also gives you complete control over the image with a custom quick setting, too. As far as gaming, you're gonna love how this works with a PS 5 -- but the way it upscales PS3 content is remarkable. It is totally breathing new life into our old games. And the best kept secret of this tv has got to be the sound. Even at low volume, the A90K sounds fantastic -- the tech on this is incredible -- we are forgoing a sound bar altogether. It's worth mentioning that the anti-glare coating is much preferable to the LG, in our opinion -- it softens reflections which might otherwise become distracting. Of course, the OLED inky blacks are mysterious . . . captivating.

This tv has an excellent picture and excellent sound. The blacks are solid as can be seen on the YouTube OLED screen. As a newbie to OLED screens I wasn't aware of the possible increase in the likelihood of picture retention and burn in under certain conditions with an OLED screen before purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I debated between this and the LG C2 for quite a while but ultimately went with the Sony A90K. Mixed usage: console gaming, movies/TV and media consumption (YouTube, Twitch, etc). The deal breaker for me was the image processing on the Sony vs LG since I’ll also be using it to watch content as well. I was previously using a 65” C9 (in living room) for 2+ years and I’ve been extremely happy with my decision to upgrade to a dedicated gaming set up.

Sony picture quality is the best! I used the HDMI ARC to connect a Sonos Soundbar. I have two rear speakers and a bass speaker. Sony makes it so easy to simply plug and play! I sold an Apple TV Box 4k since I did not want to sacrifice DOLBY ATMOS sound (requires HDMI ARC connection). With optical connection to sound bar I believe you are limited to Dolby 5.1. However, it's easy to stream via Google Chromecast. I stream XFinity/Comcast from my iPhone using Chromecast. It's pretty easy. However, I have had an annoying issue of TV freezing. I have to unplug the set and reconnect. I suspect this may be an XFinity / Chromecast App issue. I may simply get an X1 TV box to rectify this issue. Apple 4K TV Box required HDMI ARC. Therefore, you can't run Sonos / Apple 4K Box together. You can't beat Sony's picture quality! More natural skin tones and great contrast!

I saw smudges & dust on the screen. I read the instruction manual on the correct way to clean it. I used a soft cloth with distilled water. I have ruined my new TV accidentally. I have caused abrasions to the anti reflective coating. I see shadows with distortion inside the TV. I am so disappointed. The one year warranty does not cover cosmetic damage. How is cleaning done to avoid this problem?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read the directions before cleaning the screen. I had smudges & dust. I cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with distilled water. I damaged the interior coating so now have shadows. How in the world is cleaning the screen done correctly? Sony company will not help says I caused cosmetic damage.
