Beginner and intermediate weightlifters, this Soozier 44 lbs (20 kg) barbell set is excellent for you. Three differently weighted plates – 11 lbs (5 kg), 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg) and 2.8 lbs (1.25 kg) – allow you to tailor your exercises, adding and removing gym weights when necessary. The metal barbell is strong and rigid, suitable for daily use, whilst the end fixings keep the plates securely on the pole. Great for working your legs, arms, chest, back and shoulders, you'll enjoy versatile training.
