Unless the specifications said that windows 10 is supported, there are no drivers available. We bought 2 of these useless pieces of converters for a lot of money. You will get a call of us. We want an immediate solution for an equivalent replacement. Professional no way.

Worked fine with Windows 7, but purchased a new PC with Windows 10 and found that I can no longer do my job as this adapter does not work with Windows 10. Seems like updating the drivers would not have been impossible, as every other piece of technology works.

Purchased by my company It will not work at all on Windows 10 the drivers are not recognised (unsigned) and will not load. Unusual for Startech to provide such a product without a platform use warning - ie not compatible with Windows 10

Totally unacceptable that Startech doesn't have updated drivers for an OS that is now 5 years old and Microsoft is committed to solely supporting now that windows 7 is going defunct. Put out an updated driver for this already!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would've been great if the specs had mentioned that this doesn't work with VISTA. Now I'm stuck with another piece of CPU aftermarket junk., that's not worth the time and money to return.

Rev 2 is now compatible with Windows 10. However, Windows 11 is unsupported. Good product overall, just slacking on compatibility
